Can someone explain why Rorschach wants to murder two dogs? I mean I get that the master was like a serial killer, but why the dogs?

Because the dogs we being fed human flesh. Theory is they were conditioned for human flesh, so they can't ever be rehabbed because all they would want to eat would be human flesh. In essence, he had to kill the dogs because they could potentially harm another human.

Alt opinion, Rorscharch believes in absolute justice, and since the dogs were in on the crimes, they get punished too
