No way in Hell I'm going to watch Dykebusters.

Harambe/10

You know it's not.

there were a few funny parts, but it felt pretty lazy. they definitely didn't do much honor to the source material, but it's an average comedy by today's standards

its fucking horrible OP. I walked out on it. don't waste your time.

I think I am a cuckold. Like even when I watch porn I dont imagine its me fucking the girl. I like to think about how its another man fucking a women I am attracted to.

Do you like four unfunny bitches telling men jokes and pretending to be ghostbusters?

It's okay.
There are some funny gags in the first 2/3s of the movie. The final 1/3 is just an eyesore with CG final bosses.
Also the callbacks to the original Ghostbusters grinds the movie to a halt whenever they go them, except for the Ernie Hudson cameo.

OP here, mainly what looked the most retarded is how the one black ghostbuster looks like nothing more than a walking, jive talking racist stereotype. I mean in the original script of the first movie, Winston was supposed to be an ex-military fighter pilot. That was cut, and that's bullshit. But despite that, he came off as an average guy looking for a job who could do his job well.

Yet cut to THIRTY FUCKING YEARS LATER, and you have the one black member who's like: "I's don't know noffin about no book learnin, but I gots STREET SMARTS YO! Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!"

It was alright, don't pay to see it but it's ok.
And yeah the black chick was the most annoying part of the movie, she's essentially how you described her.
The girl with the 80's goggles was cute tho

Depends if you are a fan of the classic movies/franchise or not.

If you are, the movie feels like a clear money grab at using a more well known franchise to push an otherwise mediocre movie into mainstream focus. It completely lacks the comedy and wit that the original movies had and instead replaces it with comedy best found in parody movies.

Honestly, this is much a legit Ghostbusters sequel as "Meet the Spartans" is a legit 300 sequel.

If you were never a fan of the movies/franchise. It just does not measure up to be entertaining enough on its own unless you "get" it. It would be something that would be forgettable within a couple of days of seeing it.

Honestly speaking it feels like the only reason why the team was made female was a half-assed attempt to reach newer progressive demographics but ultimately getting the attention of sexists and drama/publicity being born from this. Regardless if the movie was an all female main cast or not, the movie would have still bombed/been hated due to the lack of effort in the script/writing and the fact that it would have been too late to capitalize on making a sequel with the original cast being that Harold Ramis passed away only 2 years ago.

It's been no secret that fans and even some of the cast/hollywood have been wanting to make a Ghostbusters 3 for well over two decades. They had all the time in the world and could have easily done so if enough effort was made. By the time Ramis died so did the dream of any Ghostbusters direct sequel.

Seriously the only way this movie could have worked in any way under the Ghostbusters franchise is if the movie was based on the "Extreme Ghostbusters" series of the 90's. It would have been old enough to reach nostalgia levels, it would have been the first instance of a movie/live action movie based on the series and it would still be able to reach the new demographic who would have wanted a female Ghostbuster without causing drama from fans.

Original?

It's only savage if we have to see them again. Please, no!
