I am planning to move to Canada...

I am planning to move to Canada, I have done a lot of research and this website also had some good content moving-to-canada.net/how-to-move-to-canada/ but do any of you have some tips on moving to canada?

Never Trust Whitey

Pack it stuff and move ?
What moar is there to know ?

Well as a Canadian I can help, what part of Canada are you looking to move to?

Canadafag reporting in. Get a sponsor. Knowing someone to sponsor you helps a huge amount

Manitoba checking in, last year our winter got to -53 Celius

Centigrade

Don't try and resist hockey.
Resistance to hockey is futile.

Yeah here's a tip. CIC won't finish processing your application before Trump becomes president and you guys get nuked so best just leave now, pretend you're going on vacation and then high tail it to Labrador where you'll never be found and live off the land

Forget about living in Vancouver if you want to own a home. A shitty little 65 year old shack is worth multiple millions because the BC Government is in bed with Chinese organised crime and drug and human trafficking money is laundered in the Vancouver real estate market.

Learn to speak Arabic

That site looks like click bait. Written quickly by someone in India to make money off of ads. For example, the "express entry" isn't for everyone who's had at least 12 months of work experience. Think about it, practically everyone 18+ in the world would just be able to come! It's 12 months of work IN CANADA within the last three years.

I'm going to assume you're young. The easiest thing to do would be to come on a student authorisation. These are good for however long the university program is, so typically four years. You can't work here on it, you have to attend university. You can work on campus or in an intern job, so getting much more money than just being able to support yourself would be difficult. But it gets you here and all you have to do is get accepted to university. Take that letter to the border and they'll issue you permission to live in Canada on the spot. This also gets you extra points on the points based system for permanent residency should you wish to convert to a permanent resident later on.

Anything else you do will take lots of time to process. Even if you marry a Canadian and get him/her to sponsor you, this will take time (over a year) and they have to have a certain threshold of income and promise to support you because you can't go on public assistance for so long, etc.

Same with Toronto. Expect a 90 minute commute to work each way if you want to live somewhere reasonably priced that isn't a dump ($350k)

>begin by doing one nice thing every day
>walk out without doors locked everday
>proceed to doing only nice things for everyone
>once the cuck mindset sets in
or
>be black
>get welfare n smoke weed erryday

Centigrade IS Celsius Fuck wit.

Don't.. We're full enough. Lol

There's room in Nunavut. Go there

> Expect a 90 minute commute to work each way
Why do people do this to themselves?

Tips:

- Taco Bell has french fries
- Pretty much any place that has fries also sells poutine, which is delicious
- In some provinces, milk comes in bags, not 2L cartons. You will need to buy a pitcher to put it in, then you just snip the corner of the bag to pour.
- Bowling, depending on the area, often is implied to be 5 pin unless specifically stated as 10 pin. The balls are 3 pounds and are gripped in your palm and you get three throws a frame.
- When paying for things with cash, we don't have pennies anymore so you need to know how to round up or down to the nearest nickel. If you use a card, which most people have for the past two decades, you'll pay the exact price.
- Don't try to talk how you think we sound. It never comes out right.
- If you're headed for Ontario, shit closes early on Saturdays. Beer is in the beer store, booze in the LCBO, although they have some beer, too. Neither will be elsewhere.
- Canadian Tire sells a lot more than just tires.
- If you're sick, you just go to the doctor. If the doctor's not open, you go to the hospital. You'll never get a bill, but you may have to wait a long time based on need.
- Driving 10 over is usually pretty safe. In Ontario, 50+ over = $10k file, roadside licence suspension and seizure of your vehicle.
- W2s are T4s.
- Smarties are Rockets here. Smarties here are like M&Ms but bigger and with thicker candy shells.

Or you could, you know, rent a brand new condo downtown for a relatively affordable amount and walk/bike to work.

No one's forcing you to buy a shitty house in the burbs

>have a job in the city
>although wage is ok, price of houses in the city are overinflated
>can't afford to live in the city
>have to live far away and travel into work

Goto Vancouver faggot, stay out of Quebec. we got enough fucking weirdo Europeans moving here we don't any Yankee doodle leftist mother fuckers either

I don't think anyone wants to do this, but it's a difficult situation. Toronto has grown exponentially. Houses that were only a $200k 15 years ago in Mississauga are well over a million dollars now. That's an area with jobs and is usually an easy commute into the city via GO and TTC, or you can drive too. But no one can afford those houses anymore. If you've already lived there and your property went up then you're golden. You can move to the other side of town or just sell, retire, and live in cottage country off the profits. So if you want to live somewhere affordable, you have to go farther away. There is always a shit ton of traffic, and there are often accidents that make that traffic ten times worse. The areas farther away have hardly any jobs and the jobs that are there don't pay as well. So it's a trade off. Things have been made worse with the economy so people who were employed in high paying oil or auto manufacturing jobs get laid off they come to the city to work in other good paying jobs to keep their lifestyle, but can't afford to move from their $250k house to a one room shack in the city.

I would say move to quebec to piss these wannabe faggot frogs off but quebec is a one big mainstream hipster shitpost. Stay pacific try Vancouver island if you really want to stay away from the shit.

> implying the southern island wont be taken over by the Chinese in the next 10 years, just
like they took over the lower mainland

Yeah if you're a bachelor, sure, no problem. Rent away and you can probably afford it. You're pissing that money down the drain though, never to see it again. Buy a condo you say? Alright, you're looking at about $400k for a new one bed one bath, then you're pissing $500 a month in maintenance fees. I think most of us either have aspirations of having a family or already have one. Three bedrooms downtown, there are very few options under a million dollars, even in condos. This is the city where just a parking spot can cost you $60k, mind you.

French Canadian fag reporting. You got any questions?

Yes. Why do your maps of Quebec show the border differently than everyone else in the world?

Good question, I never noticed.. Maybe they're drunk when drawing the map

Are you Amerifag? If so stay out of our country or we'll get your president Trump to pay for a wall. We don't take kindly to your types are here.

They sell beer at a lot of grocery stores now. They just close the isles down early or stop selling at a certain time.
