creepy? My balls

...

One of my favourite concept albums. One of the albums along with Buyer's Market to have a serious affect on me.

A highlight of the album must be "Known Victims", 12 and a half minutes of pure raw power electronics with a guest female vocalist listing all known victims of Gary Ridgway and details of each murders.

Terrifying.

geophonic recordings of an abandoned cement plant

Isn't that the album of recordings of interview with victim's of sexual assault interviewed by a sadistic fuck who gets off on their stories. Yeah, no thanks.

What is the best Beatles album

What is the best Beatles solo album

It's Peter Sotos' Buyer's Market. Peter Sotos is a writer interested in a lot of shady macabre stuff, especially child abuse. He was part of the Power Electronics group Whitehouse for a while but this is regarded as his magnum opus.

It's a collection of interviews and sound clips from investigations ranging from random child sex abuse case, the McMartin case, rape victims, the Ted Bundy case etc that Peter Sotos spliced together to create a certain dialogue. It's really quite terrifying, but it's a piece documenting how abuse continues even after the physical/emotional/mental acts are done.

However, Sotos himself seems a little shady. Anyone obsessed with these kind of acts to this extent should be closely watched. He was charged with possession of child pornography in his early career because a publication of his (which front cover included an image from a piece of child pornography) was found in the home of a man suspected of grave robbings, child abductions etc, he was also corresponding with this man before he was caught with his magazine, asking him for details of his crimes. Go figure.

Hasn't she done porn in the meantime?

Anyone have the one where its all audio recordings of smokers who talk through their larynx? It sounds like chewing and strange scratchy speech

>He doesn't get off to other people's child abuse stories

Is there something that I'm missing with Power Electronics in general? I mean, I'm interested in that type of content (killers, general evil etc) but I don't understand it as a music genre. I enjoy listening to podcasts which deal with the subject matter (Sword and Scale, The Last Podcast on the Left) and reading about that type of stuff but I can't sit through a PE record for the life of me out of sheer boredom. The "music" itself is just so shitty and I invariably end up thinking, "I would just rather hear someone tell me this story in podcast/audiobook form."

Speech after the removal of the laraynx
It's on YouTube I think

try buyer's market it's not power electronics

Litanies is dope, especially on vinyl, but it definitely was not as spooky and powerful as Plague Mass.

oh fuck i know just the song youre thinking of..

I suppose it's just down to the way you'd prefer to consume the information. I like power electronics like GR's Deathpile because it creates a certain ambience, a certain feeling. There's also a certain disconnection from the information you're being given when it's presented in a medium like music.

It's why I like to listen to noise rock, black metal, industrial etc

But yeah take the advice from

this albums opening is chilling. But its not too surprising seeing its from the horrorcore scene

Dark ambient album using recordings between pilots and air traffic control as the pilots' planes are going down

Will I be put on a list if I listen to this album?

its on spotify as well

>tfw my mum found this album on my computer
wat do

>thinking he's not already on a list

...

What's the album? Reverse searching gets nothing

I have been liking this one lately. Gnaw their tongues does a great job of making a truly depraved atmosphere

CHECK OUT; Drewgazmik on Soundcloud if you like creepy music. Link below

Early SPK (before Graeme Revell married his wife) and Early Throbbing Gristle (pre-20 Jazz Funk Greats) is great for really creepy ass music in general.

>Everyone knows that you are fucked up. And everyone knows that I am fucked up. But does everyone know that you are more fucked up than me?

This is so spooky it was used in le scary boogieman movie, Sinister

>tfw to scared for any of this music

have you guys never heard this album or something? Surprised it wasn't the first one posted.

>>Everyone knows that you are fucked up. And everyone knows that I am fucked up. But does everyone know that you are more fucked up than me?

I think the creepiest thing about this album is the packaging. I feel dirty owning an original pressing with this insert.

MODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

bruh

Hamburger Lady is easily TG's definitive "scary song".

Even more so than Slug Bait (Live at the I.C.A.)

...

man what the fuck Sotos

...

Please nigger you have zero appreciation for how fucked up this album is

This music worms its way into your skull and unearths fears you didn't even know you had, it's basically a monument to the fact that something being fucked up doesn't automatically mean it's shallow and just relies on being fucked up to be interesting

"MC Ride can't be himself, because I don't know of many cold-blooded street dwellers that would use the word basilisk or lycanthropy in their rap verse" - Fantano

I WILL MUR

I haven't heard that album in fucking years but I'm fucking SHAKING from reading that. Jesus FUCK

I'm used to listening to a variety of genres and shit, but I never came across something like this
I don't even know what to think
Been a Sup Forumstard since 2008 and this somehow is way worse than the shit I don't even mind seeing anymore like gore and stuff
This is just sad as hell

It's not that unsettling after you've heard all the source material.

Scary how this is so good

...

There's a lot to interpret in the fact that something like 4 decades later the ghost of early industrial and power electronics can still unnerve and shock.

What's this fucking album? And don't report it, pussies, it's just cover art

It's an insert in some early pressings of D.o.A: The Third and Final Report of Throbbing Gristle.

Pedophilia was a lot less of a taboo back in the 70s.

...

so pointlessly edgy lol

Can you elaborate on that? The only mental references I can make are Nabokov and Kubrick's Lolitas which in themselves caused waves and I don't know otherwise when modern morals didn't hold pedophilia as strictly taboo.

album name?

Sure, fucking a little children was very very wrong even back then, but sexual activity with anyone past puberty was a lot more tolerated.
It's a well known secret that many rockstars of the 70s (Bowie, Jimmy Page, Iggy Pop...) used to fuck girls as young as 12-13 (the so-called "baby groupies").
How old is the girl on the DOA cover? 10-11 year old or so? We are in hebe territories here, not even full pedo.

George Crumb - Black Angels and Makrokosmos III

is there a link to the album with the Japanese title?

Excellent b8, almost got me

more like what the fuck Cosey, because the little girl is her niece or of some other relation.

Unless i'm mixing that little girl up with the little girl heard on Cosey's solo track on the album.

Zenjin - Pseudoscorpion

Could some one tell me what the file was? It's deleted.

I'm imagining it's the little girl nude but, I don't want to look it up.

It's horrific my friend. I discovered it a while ago but turned it off around 3 minutes in because I just couldn't take it. Rediscovered it last week and couldn't get it out of my head so I listened to it all and just had to talk about it with other people.

Sorry for making you experience something so nasty. Feels bad man.

I REALLY like this RANDOM capitalization MEME.

she's sitting on her bed shirtless, smiling at the camera

>you can't tell me reggeaton is a bad genre

wasn't that the Throbbing Gristle album? Nothing to do with Sotos

Sotos isn't a real artist anyway

archive.rebeccablacktech.com/mu/thread/S70423156
It's pretty much

Nah, that's ok, we'll be fine
I listened to the entire album yesterday
The thing is: after listening to it and reading more about Ted Bundy and stuff I just can't shake the thought that humans can be the most despicable thing to ever exist
I mean, we all know that
But even after 9 years of Sup Forums this album and the stories make it even more comprehensible

I share that album on jewbook to people who don't know if they want to have a kid or not. If they can't deal with hearing that shit, they'll never be able to have thier own children

>Zenjin - Pseudoscorpion
Can't find it anywhere, what is it ?

allright my turn

anyone ?

it's just a Buyers Market rip-off, nothing special to search for

Jesus, what the fuck I can't tell if it's just really bad or genuinely disturbing

I like them, but no.

This is actually one of the most pleasant albums they've released

not unsettling just gay
