What makes them think you have it? What other tests have you had done? The symptoms could be for a number of other things. If it is then I hope you caught it early so it's curable.

If I tested positive for pancreatic cancer I would buy a one-way plane ticket to somewhere arbitrary like Nepal, take a bus to a rural town, set up a tent on the hill overlooking the town, burn my belongings except for the tent and a white shirt and a pair of pants, sleep for the night, awake, head out into the wilderness as I grow weaker and weaker and spiral into a dignified death.
