We've got more than enough local white people running our corrupt governments to the ground, we don't need any more "help"
China is paying African dictators millions of dollars to exploit African nations' natural resources, whilst creating laborious jobs that pay terrible money so they can pretend they're helping "the average person". If the governments socialised the nation's natural resources or at least didn't allow big Chinese corporations to exploit it - the country would be far richer.
What is happening between China and Africa is African corrupt leaders are getting richer whilst the country gets poorer as a whole.
Sure we killed a couple of thousand but at least we created hospitals, schools. roads, infrastructure.

The people in charge in south american countries will bow down to people with money (Barrick Gold, Chevron, Benneton, etc) and sell resources so they can both profit from it.
