Better than 36 Chambers

Better than 36 Chambers.

Prove me wrong

I completely agree, sorry if you were looking for an argument OP.

i must concur

you're right

Favorite tracks?
For me it's either B.I.B.L.E. or 4th Chamber

true

>safe, popular, normie opinion
>prove me wrong

No argument here.

In what context is this the popular or normie opinion

i dont know anyone who would prefer 36 chambers

Killah hills and Shadow Boxin, those fucking beats man

36 Chambers is literally one of the most universally beloved albums of all time let alone in its genre. Most people who have heard it probably haven't heard Liquid Swords or any of the Clan's solo work whereas it would probably be near-impossible to find someone who listened to Liquid Swords without listening to 36 Chambers. Your anecdotal evidence changes none of that

Liquid Swords is criminally overrated. It doesn't even deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as 36 Chambers. The album art is better than what's inside.

>Most people who have heard it probably haven't heard Liquid Swords or any of the Clan's solo work whereas it would probably be near-impossible to find someone who listened to Liquid Swords without listening to 36 Chambers.
exactly. im sure anybody who listened to both would prefer liquid swords

...

The rapping on 36 Chambers is a lot better than the rapping on Liquid Swords but the production on Liquid Swords is light-years more varied and interesting than 36 Chambers imo

...

prefer 36 chambers. don't hate

>1993-1996
>36 Chambers
>Liquid Swords
>Cuban Linx
>Ironman
>Tical
>Gravediggaz

>1996 onwards
>A few great solo albums few and far between

Is there any group that burned as fast and as bright as Wu Tang?
There's something crazy about how they were absolutely on fire in terms of both quantity and quality for three years in a way unlike anybody before or since in any genre and then barely produced anything of value ever again

>considerably less people have heard liquid swords
Except for all those, right?

Also, not a huge fan of the GZA...so

I blame the flood that destroyed rza's basement of beats

Inspectah Dech's first album was ruined by it

Living in the world today
The 2nd verse is probably my favorite Hip-Hop verse of all time

Swordsman
Hands down best beat I've ever heard in a hip hop song. RZA really shines on the album, but his production on Swordsman gets me wet. And yea the lyrics are cool too.

Fucking intros are too long

>Better than 36 Chambers.

This is widely accepted fact you tryhards.

If you wanna be a real snowflake contrarian argue for Ironman or Tical
