What I've Done is probably their best though thats not saying much

Their music is very nostalgic though, and I'm probably only saying that because What I've Done was one of the like, 6 songs you could listen to in 2008 Roblox.

Yeah a whole album of them

best from each album
>Points of Authority (Hybrid Theory)
>Breaking the Habit (Meteora)
>What I've Done (Minutes to Midnight)
>Burning in the Skies (A Thousand Suns)
>Castle of Glass (Living Things)
>Mark the Graves (The Hunting Party)
they have no truly bad songs, except Cure for the Itch

They have 3 great songs.

>Breaking The Habit
>Waiting For The End
>The Catalyst

The rest of their material is take or leave except for Living Things which is like 80% shit.

Relistened to The Little Things Give You Away recently and found it legitimately artful.

Most of their songs don't really rise above decent, though, honestly.

The build up at the end is underrated. I wish they had a fanbase more open to experimentation.

Hating on lps avant garde experimental scratch track, eat shit

>What I've Done
agreed
the Transformers soundtracks have some nice songs t b h
New Divide was my favorite song when I was a wee lad

Dude, and the ending? Really solid song. Agreed about the fanbase being shit

Their fanbase hasn't really affected their direction though. Post-Meteora, the band has done a pretty good job of never repeating themselves, save for the occasional misguided attempt at a throwback like Lies, Greed, Misery.

Numb

LP has always been for a meme listen, having good laughs with their bad lyrics and how you regret spending the time as a kid listening to them

but,if we were to analyse them unironically,
as other anons said:
Waiting For The End (good lyrics by their standards)
The Catalyst(pretty heavy raging with a change of rythm in the middle)
The Little Things Give You Away (Thom Yorke could sing this one and everyone would go nuts)
Primo(a demo that sadly transformed into a shitty pop song)

that's about it...Breaking The Habit and maybe some songs of ATS(Robot Boy or Burning in the Skies) to some extent

it's pretty difficult to find worthy songs that dont appeal to try hard kids, that's why there's so few to look for

final masquerade

Don't they have a cover of Led Zeppelin's Kashmir?

the remix of my dicember is pretty good.

this demo is so great it's almost unbelievable it's linkin park

Cure For The Itch is a really good bit of turntablism - almost definitely influenced by DJ Shadow

>crawling
>in the end
>runaway
>numb
>what i've done

Hybrid Theory, Meteora and Reanimation are legit good

The dynamic between the 2 vocalists, the mix of metal with rock and electronic/piano to some extent, the art direction in the album art, how they cut the recorded live shows and making-offs, they were so ahead of their time it's incredible
