Come to upstate new york, you can buy a ton of land and a house for cheap. You can get a 2500sq home for $300-350 in this area and its on 1/4 or 1/2 acre of land. Very quiet area, no violent shit.

You can get even better prices if youre willing to be even more away north or west. You can probably get an older house for $60-110k with a few acres of land.

When I lived in Britain, I stayed in my girlfriend's parent's home. They were fairly wealthy and had a 3/4 million pound house. It was still so cramped that getting around the place was uncomfortable as fuck. Many of the bedrooms were so small that they couldnt even fit a dresser and single bed in and still be able to open the door. They didn't even have room for a dryer or a garage that could actually fit a car. I actually bought a home that was twice the size of theirs in the US for the equivalent of 80k pounds.

Recently had the basement finished, some areas require you have a fire escape. Literally cut a bit of the foundation up and make a shitty window that anyone can kick down and enter your house.

Thank god I live in a peaceful area thats 97% white and most people are well off. Only thing that happens here is I think some older person having a medical emergency once in a while.
