Should I watch this piece of crap? It's better than X-Men?

Should I watch this piece of crap? It's better than X-Men?

yes

No and its about the same

probably and no

Do what you want.

I really hope it gets a director's cut. It was maybe a 6.5/10 on its own. Fleshing it out would give it a solid 8/10.

steaming sites when?

depends, and yes

haha no

If you have a little interest in Warcraft, yes.
Otherwise you will find it boring

seriously

What the fuck? How autistic

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

SKIP
THIS
SHIT

I didn't care about this movie upon entering this thread but now I have to see this kino

just watched
was good

needs some kind of set the scene narrator lead intro though, i got what was going on as i'm familiar with game story, but couldn't help think this was a massive oversight for fresh audiences

I don't think it'll be "kino" but it looks entertaining

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUU

Blizzard should blow their next load on an Overwatch series.

Holy fuck that looks like complete shit. Orc looks like a cartoon.

I'd rather watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

>muh art
Fucking queer

Watching this in IMAX today before it hits theaters.

IT STARTS AT SEVEN AND THERE IS A POWER OUTAGE!!!!!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Just downloaded and watched the Chinese rip.

So. Fucking. Shit.

Holy good god the director was fucking shitting on Rian Johnson about Star Wars episode 8 and he releases this steaming pile of puke.

I can't believe how bad it was.

Chris Metzen should sudoku today.

pass the link so we can laugh together

Just watched the Chink rip and only have a rudimentary understanding of the lore. Who the fuck was that old woman in the black cube thing?

Kill yourself

Say it today, its a fun fantasy movie, it has all the right elements.
Not enough quips and the first real villain in a while, maybe that's why american critics don't like it.

HAHAHAAHAHA THIS CAN'T BE REAL

i'm about 20 minutes in, it's all fan service

or did it have too many quips

Because its a trash flick

Get some taste, Sup Forums

Fuck you

Holy shit this is not going to age well

no

Blizzard needs to stop milking this IP and create new stuff.

Getting a little sick of seeing everyone claim that "If you have an interest in Warcraft you'll love it".
I played WoW for 8 years, saw the film, and found it to be trash. I know of at least 6 other friends who are in the same boat and feel the same way after seeing it.

Even a lot of the Warcraft "fans" are really not liking it. It seems to mostly be the Blizzdrones who bought their ticket around the same time as they pre-ordered Overtrash for $60 that are defending it to the hills.

Just get on any torrent site senpai. It's like the number one download today.

fucking faggot bitch

Just watched it. It was decent, but nothing special. Warcraft really doesn't translate into film well, regardless what they may have done, it's just too cartoony. Definitely can see how people are saying it felt rushed. The scenes involving Gul'Dan and fel magic were pretty cool though.

it's so poorly made, I don't even know how to feel

there it is

It's pretty bad. I was hoping it was going to be great but the story pacing is horrible and so is the character development. It changes scenes seemingly randomly, almost like a bad dream. Non-Warcraft fans won't even be able to understand any of it because they keep referencing stuff with no explanation.

Visuals are cool, that's about it. I hope for the next movie they look at story pacing, character development and the overall flow between scenes. As a Warcraft fan, this movie was pretty crap and they could've done A LOT better. I felt like they were trying to amaze the audience with too much fancy CGI and didn't think about actually putting a coherent story in there.

Dialogue was very bland and uninteresting.

reminds me a lot of the dungeons and dragons movie with the wayans

;c

don't do it...

i thought duncan jones was the chosen one.

moon - budget 5m solid 9/10
source code - budget 28m solid 6.5/10
warcraft - budget 160m solid 4/10

why in the fuck??

NIGGA GOT MANABONKED

fuck this

where is the rip for this/

just watch it once senpai

Its up on kickass torrents. Decent visual and audio, its the newer Chinese rip.

:^)

quick someone post the cat

I was just there

eat me

oh come on user, the story is so basic, I can't understand how people can be so dumb to not understand it, and I didn't even like this flick

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

This is going to win all Razzie awards in their next ceremony, mark my words.

Screencap this post.

is there a decent quality stream of this piece of crap?

wow, seriously?

XDXD I GET IT XDXD
#JUSTNERDTHINGS

>"Get him to Goldshire"

Why did they introduce Llane in Goldshire? Why would the king be in Goldshire and not in Stormwind? Was it really just because of le epic WoW maymay?

for those who saw it, how can people say that people that don't play the game will not understand the story?

>green stuff is evil
>orc dindu
>humans are in peace with the other races
>orcs arrive
>fights
>plot twist
>some sequel baiting stuff happens
>the end

The story IS basic but it's not told well. Garona gets captured -> second later she's best buds with the alliance. Lothar meets Khadgar in the barracks -> second later they're in Kharazan and we have no idea who these people are. You know OF them in the lore but we have no connection to them in the movie universe.

It's a disjointed mess and takes you out of the experience. Some of it just doesn't make sense either. Honestly, the movie would've done well with some exposition explaining the titans and what not and the beginning of the world or some shit. It was hard to connect to such a bland and badly edited movie. I can't even imagine how uninteresting it must've been for someone who's not familiar with Warcraft at all.

Objectively, this movie misses the mark on a lot of basic fronts.

I don't get it, why not make it an animated movie? It would be better received

The problems this kino had were the same as BvS: too many fucking jump cuts to different places causing pacing issues.

I didn't play the games user. I get what you are saying the story and I agree, it is told badly as fuck, but you can connect a to b, even though you shouldn't, like that jail scene with Garona and Lothar. I went to the movies with some normie friends and two of them really liked the movie as a fun, popcorn flick, nothing else.

Eh, I don't know, felt good to watch a huge movie that wasn't capeshit related and I left the movie theater thinking that I should watch some good corny fantasy movies like Krull and Beastmaster again

He didn't put the Blue Square above the guard first.
Fucking amateur.

Good Kino, enjoyable, got a neat hat at a local shop for 20 bucks. Imax 3D was good, but the acting is a bit dry.

a 7/10 would watch again

Duncan really missed the mark by having everything human related so polished and clean. At the end in the huge fight were things are dirty and what else, everything fits a bit better.

don't forget the tons of fadeouts

>turns guard into a sheep
>says it lasts about a minute

jesus christ

Well, it certainly doesn't help that they cut 40 minutes of completed footage to get more screenings in a day.

What happened?

Yes a king must be super glued to his throne always.

It definitely had it good parts. I don't think it deserves the 18% rating on RT, more like 30-40%. You can connect a to b for sure but you really shouldn't like you said. It's not good storytelling if you keep having to fill up the blanks. You keep going "wait now we're here? oh so that happened, I guess". People end up not caring about your story if people are expected to make up half of it.

All these disjointed scenes would have way more impact if it had decent character development and better story flow. If there is a next movie, I hope they focus on that.

>leaving a baby to float down a river

snyder tier

is that stupid reply or your mom dies post, im glad mods are deleting them

I feel like the biggest problem of this film was the director, seriously, I liked Moon and Source Code but he fucked this one up big time

...

>Why did Khadgar go to Dalaran?
>Who was the woman in the box?
>Where did her prophecy come from? Why did it work against the Fel?
>Why did Khadgar leave the Kirin Tor?
>Why didn't the Kirin Tor join the fight?
>How can Durotan give that retrospective monologue at the beginning if he's dead by the end of the film?
>Who was the woman in the box?
>What's the connection between Medivh and Garona?
>How is Garona half-human?
>Why does the entire cast want to fuck her?
>What is Lothar's backstory?
>What position does he hold in the Alliance military?
>Why was Lothar in Ironforge at the beginning?
>What were those Dwarves and Elves?
>Why didn't they join the fight?
>When did the humans learn to use those guns? When did the dwarves make so many?
>Who was the woman in the box?
>Why was Medivh building that golem?
>What did Medivh transform into?
>Where did the Fel come from?
>What's the connection between Medivh and Gul'dan?
>Who was the woman in the box?
>Who was the woman in the box?
>Who was the woman in the box?

Yes, all of these can be answered with established game lore, but you shouldn't have to be pausing the movie to go read the wiki just to finish the fucking film.

...

...

I played the game and don't know 90% of those questions

...

-No
-Does it matter?

>It's better than X-Men?
Were your parents related before they married?

I'm kinda mad about some things in the movie, but mostly that it felt too rushed, it ended badly, too.
I mean, Stormwind didn't fall, that's one of the biggest things from the first war: They lost it. HARD, and they ended the movie so fast that it didn't seem like it, the last battle should've been at stormwind
The shadow council should've appeared too, at least to give some exposition on the curse of blood and on the burning legion.
As everyone said already: If you didn't know the lore already, you were pretty fucked

>I really hope it gets a director's cut.
Is this the last resort of the hipster shitbag who wants to defend a movie no matter how terrible it is? Why would this piece of licensed garbage even get a director's cut?

Almost expected Jeremy Irons to pop out of the bushes shouting lines from Dungeons & Dragons

Why she grow tusks from her lip?
