Modern development has been initiated in Europe this is why some areas with a majority of white people are much more developed. And it's only SOME areas, Balkans and Middle East are "white" but underdeveloped.

And if their was a relation between human kind and intelligence development then it would be impossible for non-white to access development or to be more successful than whites.
