Are you actually retarded? Vaporwave is easy as fuck to make, well depending on the style. Waterfront dinings style is very easy to make, so is cat corps. Chuck Persons/ mediafired's style is much harder to make sound good.

Seriously dude, just go on youtube, type in mall sounds, type in smooth jazz (track doesn't matter, might as well use kenny g) go in your Daw, slow it down, add reverb (I like the TAL-reverb vst) maybe add some slight panning or other effects, master it decently and bam easy convincing sounding mallsoft.
