Could anyone recommend to me some really fast jazz? I don't care what time period or type of jazz, so long it's jazz and so long as it's FAST. Pic tangentially related

Holy hell! Is all of this guy's stuff this good?
Most of it's quite a bit better than that actually, that's just one of the fastest things he's done I think. His best album is Destinations Unknown.
I'll give it a look. Beyond being fast, that's just really fucking good jazz. Thanks!
I've got some other stuff you should check out too then.

I can keep going so let me know if you want more
Hell yeah, please do. I'm making a playlist of the songs in the thread so I can explore the artists some more

I don't know
I'm listening to everything in its entirety as it's posted. So far, the only thing I haven't liked was the first song posted
ORNETTE COLEMAN!!!
Got a particular song rec?
Just finished this one. That drummer's got some double-pedal skills
Ralph Peterson is a badass. Art Blakey mentored him and he filled in for Blakey with the Jazz Messengers in the 80's.
Y'all mufuckas are posting really good shit. I'm still working through it, but so far this is some quality music. Thank you all
I'm the only one posting stuff. If you're liking all of it then you'll want to save these

Ah I see. Well thanks a ton for posting man. Some of this stuff isn't fast per se, but it's all so fucking good that I don't even mind. I had no idea this shit even existed
Get into the Criss Cross label. They've got almost 400 releases in their catalogue and they put out new stuff every few months. Almost everybody that I've posted so far currently plays around New York.
Can do man. This all seems really good. Thanks a ton
sure is jtg in here
Yeah. It's super comfy and full of actually good music with minimal memes
Adding a little something myself
