I guess you already like Stereolab? Huge influence there, Dots & Loops is their best imo but they had a pretty great run from their debut right until their singer died in the early 00s. Check out Broadcast also

The Depreciation Guild, Black Wing, and all have that electronic shoegaze vibe

The glitch sections aren't that great IMO. Maybe that's what makes the shoegazey sections so great though.
