Yes it was nice refreshment for the regular movies
I liked it even though you can feel it is the directors adventures on the screen by the way it is stylized, kinda reminded me of Eraserhead in those terms.

Sure.
I really liked the book, got the DVD awhile back but never got around to watching it.

the guy is a walking living meme, so therefore any movie starring him also is an extension of the meme

Kino is hand draw images.
Cartoons are literally Kino.
...
it's sad that Sup Forums thinks that PHillip k. dick is pleb tier shit that is a flic along side Avengers.
I gues that's why you all love BvS so much.
If only there was a movie with a deep narrative on the human condition and the debate about what is identity out there could stimulate your morons a little.
You all like Ichi the Killer right?
"Self made frames" doesn't mean hand drawn
Kino is Keanu?

okay
A Scanner Darkly is one of the best movies of our times. Name one movie that is even close to this tier?
you have to be 18+ to post here
One of my favorite films
Of all the Philip K Dick films, it's the one that's closest to the source novel. The others tend to wander off and do their own thing.
In the basis for Total Recall, "We can remember it for you Wholesale," he never leaves the city[/spoiler
Zootopia is Kino desu senpai
I'm totally new to Sup Forums, but I think I've got this figured out.
Kino has 3 meanings
The original is any movie not designed to please an audience, like anything Steven Seagal makes to glorify himself
This has been bastardized to mean any movie an individual enjoys
Both meanings got mashed together and turned into a meme to describe any movie. If you didn't like it you weren't meant to and it's kino. If you did like the movie then it's good and it's kino. If someone else didn't like it they weren't meant to and it's kino. Etc etc.
>L'ascension du chevalier noir
The first 6 minutes should be fucking required watching material in film school.
>rotascope
>cartoon
get a load of this pleb
you have to go back
well, technically its more like a restructuring of the story and as cheesy as total recall is, it leaves out the even cheesier ending to the short story - thank god
