Nico's only mistake was to not puncture Lewis's tyre imo
Landon Rivera
The only way to stop Lewis is to deliberately run into him.
Dylan Morris
So what's going to happen to Massa? Are Williams going to release him? Is he going to end up another team?
Lincoln Peterson
If Schumacher doesn't leave and make way for Lewis there wouldn't have been a seat open at Mercedes and maybe none of this MWL would have happened.
Henry Lee
MWL would probably still have happened. Unless you think for some reason Lewis directly contributed significantly to the design of the cars or subscribe to the >everyone is making sure Lewis can't fail
Dylan Nguyen

Isaiah Morales
It would have at least been a competition imo.
Nico vs post-prime Schumi might have been a fight, presuming Schumi fell off the wagon hard.
Chase Bennett
Who dis?

Is Leclerc going to anymore FP1 sessions?
Joseph Thompson
What I'm getting at is the hybrid era would still have come and Mercedes would have the best car blah blah blah regardless of the driver as long as the drivers were not shit. Schumacher+Nico team would follow team orders right? So that wouldn't be a fight at all and I don't really get what your getting at there
Jordan Gray
Do you know if classic mode has split screen available on console? To me Codemasters games are only worth buying for local co-op.
Wyatt Brooks
>Schumacher+Nico team would follow team orders right? Would Schumacher have?
Secondly Merc aren't using team orders now; why do you think they would have instituted them if Lewis wasn't there?
Logan Davis
...
Jose James
Your probably right on both accounts now I have thought about it a touch longer. It would be pretty much the same situation as now but Schumacher rather than Lewis. But it would still be Mercedes wins.
If you go back in time and want to stop Mercedes winning you would have to succeed at poaching their engineers before they reach the dominant level they are now

Goodnight HULKAMANIACS and jabronie marks without a life that don't know it a work when you work a work and work yourself into a shoot, marks

Monaco is the only race that mattered. Lewis wanted to avenge his loss from last season when they screwed up pitting under the VSC. and how fitting that this season Red Bull ends up screwing up in the pits and costing Ricciardo.
Lewis knows that tying Senna with 3 WDC, that he needed to win Monaco more than once. Especially if you want to be compared to the all time wins leader at Monaco.
John Martin
Just for you some hulk action.

tisk tisk Lewis watch the track limits. He tried cutting the chicane to stay ahead of Ricci.
WTF FELIX "KICKED OUT OF FORMULA 3 FOR SPENDING 6 YEARS THERE" ROSENQVIST IS DRIVING IN FORMULA E NEXT SEASON

>bristol rained out twice >pocono cancelled when are turn left series going to develop a rain tire for oval racing? I know they won't try it but there's been so many cancelled races due to weather.

Fuji 2007 was truly a meme race.
Jace Anderson
What about Mattias Ekström?
Adrian Johnson
yeah a new rule where they put a cap on F3. You get 5 season limit.
Parker Sanders
they even made a cringe reveal video for him wtf lol
Leo Morgan
Mahindra probably make really good tractors. They could become a force in FE.
Brody Ramirez
what if nico left and schumi stayed and it was lewis vs schumi?
Mason Myers
they somehow own Pininfarina as well and have literal dozens of fucktons of money they want to spend from India's 2020 WORLD SUPERPOWER economy
also how do you have so many webms and please tell me how you make them so high quality
Ryan Gomez
>Mattias Ekström literally who?
Chase Morales
DTM equivalent of Gimi but worse
Nolan Cooper
Blomqvist.
Ryder Sullivan
I still get sad thinking bout that monaco gp :'(

>these plebs don't know Ronnie Peterson

Luke Perry
Likely HWL but it would have gone down to the last race. Schumi could win if he bullied Hamilton hard in the first year.
>lewis wants to be the next senna >senna would have faded into obscurity if he hadn't died >imola is replacing monza next season
is our guy lewis man enough to take the plunge into the wall at 240mph to make his mark on F1 history?
Christopher Hill
>5th in Austria >4th at Silverstone >3rd in Hungary >2nd in Germany
RBR can't out-bully the bully
Easton Phillips
>who is Joel Eriksson
Well tbf he isn't really proven to be a GREAT racer yet but he has won a race in his debut F3 season and in general appears to be a good driver capable of some sick moves. Also finished 2nd in ADAC F4 which is what le mini ralf is going to do this season (after finishing 10th in his debut season, behind e.g. Ralf Aron who only participated in like half the races lol)
No one knows how these things pan out so he could become just another "F3 sensation". Then again his (considerably worse) older brother made it to GP2 so I'm assuming that same money will enable him to do so as well.
Daniel Hill
no
Zachary Foster
>still thinking dubs work against Hamilton
He is going to win the championship with an even bigger margin than before. Probably going to throw in a cheeky win from the pitlane and break that record (is going to need a safetycar or two but safetycars aren't uncommon in Spa/Monza)
The man is unstoppable, I just hope Mercedes never win another race after this season.
Charles Walker
Nowhere in Baku :^)
Joshua Jackson
>outscored by le frog senna during their time together despite starting ahead of him all but once and depite max's monaco madness episode (which was totally his own fault but still, a 0 point weekend)

Does anyone here actually un-ironically have Lewis as there favourite driver?
Luis Scott
no
Mason Roberts
me
Austin Perry
I unironically think he is one of the best drivers on the grid. Maybe even the best now that Alonso appears to be slipping a bit and hasn't really driven a good car in like 4 years.
Terrible personality though, bitch loser, smug winner, too much instagram inspiration shit, total meme personality. Didn't mind him at all pre-tattoos though, was an all around nice lad when he first came to F1
Angel Wood
With Belgium in a week, just thought I'd remind you user's about the ridiculous bets we made at the beginning of the year 1/3
William Sullivan
It always gives me a good laugh to read these back
Isaiah Collins
I still want some of them to be true, but we know meme magic never works
Henry Martin
un-ironically think he's always been top 5 on the grid his entire career and he's earned every WDC he's got and one of the greatest Ironically a fan because watching /f1/ get btfo every race is hilarious un-ironically a fan of trickyricky and what him to be a WDC but i doubt he will and will become webber 2.0 even though i like him a lot Ironically a fan of madmax because meme's and he has to keep getting away with it so he can become hamilton 2.0 to /f1/
Jordan Watson
Yeah I think he is the best driver on the grid aswell, but I think he has become a bit smug cunt recently. I much prefer amx, tricky ricci and gimi.
Jose Taylor
Pretty much me here too lad

Most entertaining to least entertaining 2016 GPs so far:
1. Bahrain 2. Spain 3. Monaco 4. Austria 5. Canada 6. Australia 7. Great Britain 8. Hungary 9. Germany 10. Russia 11. China 12. Baku
I posted this yesterday but the thread is gone. I want to see your list, Sup Forums. I want to see it really really badly. Then I want people to argue over each other's lists, maybe even fight a little bit, but mostly just argue. You may also compliment one-another.

I have an idea for cheating the F1 wind tunnel/CFD regulations lads
If you remember, Renault used to have FR3.5 as their junior series, and Ferrari used to have AutoGP/A1GP that they made the chassis for.
So, for a works team looking to gain an aerodynamic advantage, it would make perfect sense to combine the two aspects of those series, and create their own version of GP2 - a spec open wheel series that's a step down from F1, but similar enough that there's much transferable knowledge.
By designing their own chassis it would steal some of Dallara's market share, and they'd be able to freely bypass the restrictions on wind tunnel hours, allowing them to freely craft the perfect brake fluid reservoir or whatever cocknonsense is the new performance-boosting exploitable trend, under the guise of "oh but we're designing it for our similar but not as good car that just so happens to be designed to sit the teensiest bit outside the current f1 regulations"
They'd have to hire maybe 100 people or so for the car/engine development and toss in an extra €100-150m into their budget, but that's pittance for a major car manufacturer, and they'd gain a lot back in marketing if they do it properly and turn it into the most desirable junior series to be in.
I'm surprised Ferrari hasn't already leapt at the chance to do this sort of thing teebh
Austin Russell
>senna would have faded into obscurity if he hadn't died Considering where Hill ended up, Senna could have won in 94, and would have easily done so in 95, 96 and 97 in the Williams. If he had gone back to McLaren after that he would have taken 98 and 99 too. He'd have been a 9-time WDC.
Jaxson Hernandez
Guys, Tricky can do it, we just have to BELIEVE
Jackson Green
best thread session this year was Baku GP2 races 1 and 2
all the GP2 races have been very good
seriously how do we make GP2 more globally popular?

I'm un-ironically hyped for the upcoming >Lewis starts at the back of the grid with the most powerful car on the track episode the shitposting, i mean... THE SHEER AUSTRALIAN SHITPOSTING AND BETABERG BULLYING i will do if he somehow manages to end the race in front of rosberg again
Jayden Rogers
who /GOA77as/ here
Caleb Perry
I mean they really should list the amount of grand prix wins in these things instead of number of WDC's
Joshua Sanchez
>he somehow manages to end the race in front of rosberg again Highly likely
Bets on Ferrari will cuck themselves in strategy and Vettel will end up behind Kimi
Tyler Collins
>Destroy Bernie and F1. >Promote GP2, keep current rules. What is the casual fan going to do? Watch IndyCar, WEC, NASCAR. Not with the 6 hour races or constant ad breaks they're not. The Public want 40 minute races in which drivers are constantly on edge with each other

What's Raikkonen even thinking here?

to be honest they just need to promote it more hype it up with paid media, have dailymail jerk off over the british gp2 drivers the same way they do for f1 drivers get some good replays circulating of the action
