Thanks bro.

No probs - didn't see one up

Could have been a bit tidier but it will do

This is the most dead grand tour on Sup Forums I have seen.

I can only imagine it's the Olympic hangover. Thought the games would have increased popularity. Especially after the BASED road race.

THANKS JUAN

tbf it's almost too hot here to even shitpost
also it's the vuelta

>Reza 8/1

wut?

I just realized that reza is really comfy to type on the keyboard since french keyboards are azerty

Lifted the prices from William Hill. Doesn't make sense to me either.

There was once a very good racehorse called Azertyuiop.

I should've been a pro bike rider. Is there a comfier sport?

Road cycling isn't properly a comfy sport to practice

Snooker

all the plebs only hop on the bandwagon for tdf

Shooting

Ah, it's probably because he's in the breakaway.

191 MENDES José. (BOA)
195 MUHLBERGER Gregor. (BOA)

badminton

Well yes, physically it's demanding as hell. But everything else is amazing.
If it had to be a physically easy sport i would choose golf.

Basque pelota

commentators have nothing to talk about besides the pole that crashquick wacked

It would be comfy as fuck were it not for the cars, potholes and pedestrians.

Snooker is pretty comfy

>>The dark arena
>>Nothing but the sound of the cue and ball impacts
>> Very calm and quiet commentary

my stream is some dutch TV shit

the dutch language rapes my fucking ears

horrible

hoeëhoeëhoeëhoeëhoeëhoeëhoeëhoeëhoeëhoeë

maybe its danish i dont fucking know

youtube.com/watch?v=s-mOy8VUEBk

>tfw Michael Stærke

>tfw no Dennis Ritter

hold mig

The guy who did one of the one-week races before the Tour with Henrik Juhl was p good.
Didn't talk too much.

Cycling media always talks about the "revelations" of a grand tour. Are the French the revelation of the Vuelta so far?

I heard nbc had our boy Matty Keenen on NBC (and yet sbs isn't even showing full stages)

Does anyone know if there's a restream anywhere? CBF with a proxy

Orica helmets are ugly

I like them

good afternoon

>It's a one man on a hopeless mission episode

Some of the early tdf threads only had about 100 posts tbf

Carlton Kirby backpedaling like a bitch.

Cornwall is a wanky place full of wankers.

Hes just picking up MPs

>then everything changed when Quintana attacked

das it mane

there is like 300 % the activity on uphill finishes

Its an early stage in the Vuelta m8s. Give it time. When the GC is really heating up and Contador is gunning down all challengers one by one these threads will liven up.

back in the day when you could smoke in the snooker halls there was always a large cloud of smoke hanging just above the players heads

I'm looking to buy a new road bike , my bike at the moment is shit and heavy as fuck and only has 5 gears.Im can spend around £300-500 but id but open to cheaper stuff , idealy for endurance cycling and climbing.Should i go to my shop or is a good place to look online.I'd rather spend more in the shop and not get fleeced becuase i dont know much about bikes online

i would ask in /n/ but just for the sake of picking up the thread abit

shut the fuck up, kirby

>Contador

If you got a big shop somewhere around id go there, small shops tend to be a bit shit. And dont buy your first proper bike online, better to go to a good shop to get a proper fit etc, and of course a place to bring it if somethings wrong with it.

As for bikes just get an entry level road bike with a decent group like shimano tiagra, they tend to be 600-900 euros. Anything less than that and you will probably get a shitty bike.

...

Shimano Sora is pretty good these days and was just remodeled for 2017. Definitely great for entry level. Avoid Shimano Claris.

theres a Halfods near me so ill probs go and have a look soon

halfords.com/

Okay I'm going to have to stop you right there. Contador is inarguably the greatest grand tour rider of this era. 3 tours, 3 giros, 3 vueltas (his doping ban doesnt count other riders have said as much). If he wins this vuelta and maybe a GT next year he will be one of the GOATs.

>£300-500 for the whole bike
Don't know uk prices, but for that you would be lucky to find something good used. You can get a decent city bike though.

Theres sales on atm

Cycling is a sport for cucks and eunuchs.

you finally belong somewhere

Oh fuck off kirby, you piece of shit

They seem suspiciously cheap desu, the no-name frames and assembling quality is likely to be shit. But I have no experience with halfords so I wouldnt know, if people say its good then go for it.

hope there are no posts at the finish

lol

carltons laughing at the spaniard he worked with named alan that hated heat

>cola de peloton

wtf i want a cola now

Chris Boardman makes half their bikes. If you can't trust The Professor, who can you trust?

based carlton

you ever notice how cycling gets shit for being faggy when the riders get completely fucked up all season and pretend like they are fine with broken legs and collar bones and footballers act like complete sissies with a lot more muscles mass and pretend like they are hurt when they don't even get touched?

Its ok ,its cheap but most of the people that work there dont really know much about bikes ,so set up wouldnt be ideal

also what he said

There is absolutely nothing comfy about pro cycling. Maybe rolling along in the grupetto on a slow day on Tramadol, but those days are probably rare.

WE ARE ZOOMING

Not a camerman but still BASED

youtube.com/watch?v=D4XxCZagAjk

get this hothead outta here

lol cipo didn't even get anything from his car

he was just being pissy

what do the motorcycles that aren't cameramen and first aid even do

>footballers act like complete sissies
There's more to it than that. 95% it's to draw a foul or a warning. Also there's a lot of unnatural positions and movement in football. Sometimes it really do hurt unbelievebly much.

police, wheel carriers, communication links, marshalls

also their skinny skelly bodies look like shit, fags wouldnt do a sport like this they are way too focussed on their looks.

cycling is probably one of the least faggy sports around

let's post riders chimping out. Millar throwing his bike:
youtube.com/watch?v=mIW1MAvyPD4

cause crashes for viewer amusement

>cycling is probably one of the least faggy sports around

This is a pretty faggy fight though.

Is Froome going to win or are the spanish going to rig it?

olympic discipline when

JUAN GET OUT OF THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD

turning those things looks horrific

Based Hinault puncing protesters blocking the race

If you're in the world tricycle championships a mechanical failure is the least of your problems.

2agan chimpout

youtube.com/watch?v=EoAiX9Wm3cA

lmao

185k in the break and then breaks his chain in the last km

did anyone else hear that

some rider was angrily screaming FUCK YOU MOTHER FUCKERRRRRRRRR to the moto

I now remember watching this a year ago.

youtube.com/watch?v=SXQgqSjBjr8

one of the highlights of the tour

Watching the advert channel unfortunately :(

how hard do you think the skeleton king hits

they havent had water for a fucking hour.

kirby pretending he knows anything about the giro dell'appennino.

>"not that hilly that day"

why does he pretend to know things that he clearly doesn't?

Depends if he has his 5+ soul suck buff on

FUCKING MOVE

He's the token background noice guy. Because they are obviously needed

>tfw back to work and can only catch the last ~50 km of each stage live

Golf also pays multiple orders of magnitude more, especially if you're an average player compared to being average cyclist.

Get something used. You won't get a proper new road bike with that money.

youtube.com/watch?v=gmzieak_O4Q

>get a text
>look
>its from o2

(classic sram shifting)

He knew he could outsprint everybody in the break, guaranteed win thrown away.

pure anglo here
no chimping
