I list listen to aggressive hype hip hop like waka flaka or a hype kanye song, anything loud enough to overcome and channel the rage to being basically "badass" instead of furious or sad. That's what I don't for any extreme emotion though desu

Tough call, I could come up with plenty of angry songs but most of my favorite angry albums don't keep up the anger throughout, like I'm a huge noise rock fan but most noise rock doesn't stay angry...like even Scratch Acid has that wonderful ballad about the blind man getting abused or Bodychoke has those long instrumental passages
