Style and substance.
Has anyone been as bro-tier as Sonny and Rico?
FUN
extremely comfy
80s porn (fashion, music, style etc.)
Also corny, cheesy and clichéd, but in a fun way

Real-life sharpshooter Jim Zubiena as an Argentinian assassin.

There are shows that would only work at specific eras at a specific mode of style. So few shows have that success. Miami Vice worked. However I don't believe this show could work today.

Anyone have a screenshot of Michael Bay's appearance? I watched the episode he is but didn't recognize him. Is this him?
RIP Miguel Pinero, you old faggot.

>It's a Sonny loses his memory and becomes a bad guy for half a season.

Anyone got Ben Stiller's appearance?
Well I'll be goddamned if it isn't Mr Blonde.
Do you have screen caps of Bruce Willis from his appearance?

>>tfw you never be cool with a pink suit
Exactly. You couldn't get away with wearing a pink, sky-blue or pastel suit today. It all belongs in the mid-80's.
apologise
I have every episode of Miami Vice on DVD. If there is any scene you want a screenshot of, ask me and I'll do my best to find it.
Did you watch the episode where Tubbs falls in love with a woman and she tries to kill him. He wakes up handcuffed to a bed while she starts a fire.
I can't remember how he got out of that one.
Remember one of the episodes that Don Johnson directed that had Iman as a serial killer?
Sounds like one of the late season eps. I just put in S05 Disc 1 to see if there are any good scenes for capping. Show kind of petered out in the later seasons.
Is that the Doc from Deadwood?
Izzat Ozone?
A Jewban?
Kram?
Debra Feuer who was in Crime Story and To Live and Die in L.A. and Joe Santos who was in tonnes of stuff from the 70s to today.
Awesome as fuck.
Nobody could ever pull off a remake besides don Johnson.
The Jamie fox and Colin Farrell movie wasn't bad either
That's Matt Frewer in the background too right?
...
>never forget
Victor Argo from Scorsese and Ferrara movies.
It's that dude from LOTR 2.

>S3 episode A Good Collar
If that was today there would have been a riot
Is the girl a prostitute? I remember an episode in later season 2 or early season 3 where there's a serial killer who falls in love with Tubbs and she tries to kill him. He ends up handcuffed to a bed and I think Sonny saved him at the last minute. I think the girl kills herself
I've watched up to season 4. I watched the season 4 opening and temporarily lost interest. After the god tier opening for season 3 it just seemed so lacklustre.
Who is this guy? Looks really familiar.
It's from season 2 near the end if I remember correctly, the last ten episodes for sure,
Pruitt Taylor Vince and Gary Farmer plus William O'Leary.
Wow, Melissa Leo was young once.
Marc Macaulay, one of the few actors to appear both in the VICE tv series and movie.
Forgot pic.

That must be it. I think Tubbs believed the serial killer was trying to kill her. But she turned out to be the killer. She died it the fire,
This sounds like 'Little Miss Dangerous.' and it is season two, I believe.
Dunno this guy's name but he is also in L.A. Takedown.

Seasons 1&2 are GOAT tier
Great Mann-influenced cinematography and operator porn
Season 3 is ok but you can definitely feel the absence of Mann. Also the "no earth tones" rule was abandoned and the visuals/color palette really suffered. It didn't age was well as the earlier seasons
The less said about seasons 4&5 the better
Tubbs likes his women to have a nice, bushy monobrow.
One of the best shows ever. Once you look past the fashion and some of the dialogue, it is truly classic. Visually stunning imo.
I really like the last two seasons even though some people think it had jumped the shark when Sonny got amnesia became Burnett....its so silly I enjoyed it.
That was one of my favorite endings ever.
