to play:
Basketball, hockey and baseball

to watch:
American football

Can't tell for the others

Watch american football once a year (Superbowl)

A lot of my friends is into NBA

But don't care at all about NFL or MLS (especially MLS)

Football and basketball are fun to watch
Baseball definitely not

I've followed football for a long time. Basketball doesn't interest me, I used to watch hockey but not anymore. Baseball is too confusing, I don't understand the stats and some of the rules so I've never been interested in that.

American Football is actually a pretty nice sport. Its a combination between violence and strategy. Shame about all the commercials though

Only watched a few baseball highlights. Looks complex.

Basketball is great. Probably the sport that produces the best athletes.

Basketball: best ball sport in the world and it's not even close; I wish it was the number one sport on this planet

American Football: unfortunately, the breaks between plays are a bit too long, that is why I will never get into it outside of the Superb Owl; the amount of tactics involved is impressive to say the least

Baseball: see "American Football", it's really the same, only with less intense action

Hockey: I can see why people like it, it is fast-paced and tough; it's just not for me. I can't really pinpoint why, though

I like baseball because I'm a weeb

No one cares about the MLS lad

Football is okay, I've watchedgames in the past and would watch more. Just not that into it

Basketball sucks even though we're not that bad at it. I can grab a ball and go shoot some day if I feel like it, I like the touch and shooting, but I don't really like the game.

Baseball is interessting, I play The Show and I enjoy it. I have to try watching a game and I'd love to grab a bat once and swing at balls just to see if I can do it

I play and watch hockey, I think my favorite sport

Baseball is super comfy to watch imo - need to be in the right mood though. I also like the way it is such a part of American culture/history. Looks less engaging than cricket to play though, unless you're a pitcher (can't say unless I actually play though).

Basketball is ok. Fun to play. Don't watch it though - seems quite meme-y, plus too much of the same back and forth at the highest level. Less skilled games are more fun to watch from what I've seen.

American football is an interesting sport and I enjoy watching the odd game, but too many ads/breaks spoils it somewhat for me. Like the tactics etc a lot - makes it unique - certain plays stand really out.

Hockey looks fucking based and I would have loved to play it, but trying to watch it here is a pain & the puck is too hard to see on streams, so I don't watch.

they all go on a bit long

take most of the breaks out and I'd watch more

I kind of enjoy the mythology of baseball but I get bored watching it. Would like to attend a live game though

NFL and NBA don't interest me at all

Hockey looks fun

>But don't care at all about MLS

you're in good company, it gets less viewers than WNBA

Without meming?

The skill involved in Basketball is pretty impressive, very fast paced but the ultra high scoring gets boring quickly. You score, I score, you score, I score, you score, I score, you goofed, I score. Add in the fact our league is utter shit and atmosphere at BBL matches is just tedious "(team name)! (team name)!" "defence! defence!"

American Football is hyped to an insane degree for what is a relatively simple game. The constant breaks in play, endless substitutions and commercialism makes it totally shit to watch unless you are invested in one of the two cities competing.

Baseball is so bogged down with stats but is a nice relaxing sport to watch with occasional bursts of excitement. Perfect for casuals and I think represents the best of America with the stadium atmosphere, going to a baseball match is on my bucketlist.

Basketball:fun to play and watch
Baseball:never played, dont know the rules so never watched.
Handegg:again never played, dont like the flouditity of the game, players standing around most of the time.

Pretty much my favorite sport in most aspects.
10/10

>handegg
Really like it for vydia, pretty bad to watch simply because of the downtime (commercials and all that), had some fun tossing the egg around with friends when I was younger. GOAT sports movie (Any Given Sunday).
7/10

>baseball
Kinda feels like Blitzball or Quidditch to me, a fictional sport. I don't really understand what's going on and I really don't care. Didn't have fun playing softball as a youth. I liked BASEketball though.
4/10

All 3 are pretty aesthetic sports.

hockey is interesting for sure,it actually feels a bit like indoor soccer.
You know when you are a kid and think that handball is soccer with hands but it isn't ?
Hockey feels like soccer on ice and sticks.

i would say football produces the best athletes.
the deal about basketball is that everyone will be tall as fuck.
But football will have faster people at one position, more agile people at another and stronger people at a third.

>I wish it was the number one sport on this planet
What other sport defeated an alien invasion?

forgot to say,the fights on hocket are cringeworthy.
It's like they are starting to feel like faggots and have to fight.

This. All good athletes in school play football first. If you're tall you just get thrown into basketball.

>GOAT sports movie (Any Given Sunday).
Oh yeah, also GOAT sports manga. Hajime No Ippo and Slam Dunk honorable mentions.

>the deal about basketball is that everyone will be tall as fuck.
Only in the NBA are people under 1.80m rare, at literally all other levels there are turbomanlets playing basketball.
>But football will have faster people at one position, more agile people at another and stronger people at a third.
So will basketball.

Nah. Nothing can be as bad as WNBA.

North American soccer in general is more of gate-driven anyway. Sounders still draw 40k+ every weeks. Other teams like TFC, Orlando City, Galaxy, Far West Man City, etc. draw 20k+.

Even some lower league teams draw better than some shitty MLS teams.

Makes sense

Who gives a care what they think

>people commenting that hockey is American
Will Canada ever recover?

Basketball isn't American either

Baseball is better than cricket

>Who gives a crud what they think
FTFY

baseball is the fucking bomb

...

It's hard as fuck to get into them I think. FĂștbol seems way more accessible

Also which team do I pick for the upcoming NCAA season`?

Deal with it

who cares

it was made by a Canadian American

Im British and on holiday here. Went to a couple of baseball games and enjoyed them a lot. I've even worked out what team I'm going to bandwagon.

I think both football and basketball are getting to the point where they're overcoached, it's gotten too complicated for what should be a pretty simple game. Basketball especially, and college bball more than the NBA. Let there be a little more improv and flow.

>t. Baseball shill

Not at all. I thought it was dumb before I got here but now I completely understand why people like it

I used to think the same about soccer. It took watching a lot of th last World Cup before I "got" it.

This is honestly true of most sports for me. Playing sports video games also helps.

Always pick a team in the SEC

Cricket must be really bad because baseball is awful.

Going to the ballpark is nice but it's more because of the atmosphere and has nothing to do with the sport.
