Yeah I mean I've been to a show with bud's older brother, a band called mal intent. There were some brutal pits, like someone threw a metal trash can in there and it was getting thrashed hard. I also just saw a bunch of silly kids acting hard and walking around spouting blood like it's badge of honor. Like, I can get off a little to the drumming, it's the most interesting part of the genre to me, but the pits... I never really was into the pit; I go to shows and revel in the musician's ability/sit there and study their fret work. I don't think the music is awful, it's just not really what gets me off.
