No it is my dad has incredible taste in music. He introduced me to a lot of Sup Forumscore albums years before this place probably existed, or before I knew about it. He also likes noise rock and introduced me to Autechre and cLOUDDEAD. I don't think I would be as interested in music as I am now if it weren't for my dad. He keeps up really well with modern releases, better than most young people really. It's crazy, but yeah my dad is the best
