I either have one hell of a urinary tract infection or some sort of external infection.
Can someone please help me? I just need a round of antibiotics whether it's some sort of infection or a UTI. Any doctor could give it to me. I just dont know how to go to one, or how much it will cost. :(

For the record, I have conversational Japanse. I can walk in and say "hi, I'd like to see the doctor" then I can give the basics like "penis burns", "no i didnt have sex", etc.
I just have no ability to explain that I know what the options are for what could be wrong with me and that I just need some antibiotics.

living here for eight months, I called my country's japanese embassy and they advised me that it wasnt easy to apply for such a short stay.
