If you are talking about starting to lose your hair, look into finasteride. I went to see my doctor I was at the exact same point as you. You are at the perfect point, not too far off yet. Works perfectly, and its easy. 1 pill per day. Stops your hair from falling and makes the hair you still have regain its thickness. Its unlikely to regrow the lost hairline. Takes 6 months or more to start to see the effect.
My hair was falling like crazy, hairline receeding fast. Doctor recommended finasteride. 3 months later hair stopped falling, 3 more months, saw new hair growing, thikening exosting hair. 2 years later, my hair is awesome (hairline still a bit far but that cant be helped, should have starded sooner.
