woah broski this is mellow as fuck and I really like it. what you've been doing is definitely worthwhile. do more of all of it and be prolific about it.
>lo-fi plunderphonics > noise > shitty instrumental hip hop
critics have said about past albums: > 'this is awful, even for what it is' > 'this is indisputably the worst thing i have ever heard' > 'it's not good. but it is what it is for a reason.'
A new track, I recommend to listen to it into the dark. Would love some impressions and opinions on it!
>electronic music >experimental >guitar based direction in some tracks >ambient and drone also treated
Hunter Green
This is really interesting like ambient experimental folk, nice concept though i could use more pop sensibilities in the arrangement and melodies. Thats just me being pleb though i guess.
the guitar is really cool and earie but I can barley hear your voice, you should make it more apparent in the mix. overall you do pretty dope album you got there
I did some reviews already of some of the Bandcamp peeps so I'll just copy and paste them here:
Chillwave, synthwave, and a bag of vaporware probably. Okay, just okay. Nothing really mind blowing or interesting but it does a job right. Which is great and surpasses a few other releases here.
>quick ep i recorded today You just don't do that. Ever. Even if it is ironic. And if you take it seriously enough you know why that's wrong. Glitches are flat, there is no real substance in all of this and it comes of as being pseudo-experimental which is by far the worst thing you could achieve. Word of advice - take your bloody time and don't post shit.
Plus some other words of pseudo-wisdom: This is super cool! Loving The Dying Storm as well as Primordial but the first one is much stronger. Also Primordial's drone sounds like a tractor which is very poor but it's something to work on for sure. Now say stuff about others you dongo!
I think I barfed a bit in my mouth a little here. What is this shit and why the mixing is so fucking disgusting?
This is so OK it tastes like a vanilla ice-cream - bland, poor and probably made by a bored ice-cream manufacturer who just doesn't give a crap.
Incredibly simplistic which isn't a bad thing. Home has a nice texture although I was never into combining ambient with beats. Just forces me to be more accepting, I suppose. I would imagine you do something a lot darker than this.
"I would imagine you do something a lot darker than this".
Why?

What I've meant is that this kind of atmosphere you create and the well put elements would serve you well if you made a darker, more "evil" track mostly because I feel you have some good qualities if it comes to combining things together and making a well use of them.
I'm mainly trying to focus on lyric writing and vocal parts, here's a short little diddly
heres a wallpaper as thanks

Thanks for listening! I really do like techno and the fact that you use dark samples or at least the one you say are is something I'm attracted to. Sadly, I find this a bit to repetitive and vocal samples aren't well made in my opinion. But it's a great foundation! And well executed at that! So keep it up!
I do lots of hip hop in different styles, a lot of people say this is my best upload so here it is, even if it's on an eminem beat soundcloud.com/jojochillin/slim-shady-freestyle Another song that's a lot more chill and conscious is this one: soundcloud.com/jojochillin/what-the-hell-is-water (I'm thinking of re-recording since I bought a mic since then what do you all think) Any like/follow/repost is really appreciated. Even if it's not really your style just leave some feedback I really just wanna work on perfecting my craft. If anyone wants to collab just hmu on soundcloud. Gonna look at a couple of your guy's stuff now
Been inactive for a while. Posted a couple tracks over the past week leading up to a mixtape. Would appreciate any feedback y'all can offer and of course I will return any comments whatnot... Try to keep in mind that I recorded my vocals in a truck and had to do some mixing magic to make it sound half dees.
Kind of ambience-ish music with other shit thrown in. variety of sounds from track to track and within tracks.
Haven't really gotten myself heard at all so I'd really love some decent feedback, as much or as little, and positive or critical, as you guys are willing to give.
Really nice layered sounds going on, love the way you develop things.
I feel like your flow doesn't really go with the beat. Maybe something a bit more glitchy and heavy would suit your style more. Also, try and get hold of a better quality mic.
I'm not sure if I should be sad that 4 years later I'm still made no more progress than occasionally dropping my link in these threads. Goin nowhere feels.
>noisy indie rock >prog rock rooted? >useless singing

I really love the contrast of the loud aggressive vocals with the otherwise relaxing instrumental. This is the kind of stuff I look for but find very little of.
This is cozy, like a very urbanized soundtrack to some form of media, whether a game or movie, that would probably be a favorite of mine. It's not often I find electronic music in SC threads I really dig.
Listening now; I'm honestly not digging it so much, but I get that you were just messing around. I am enjoying the beginning of "Aloss Reftim Transis". I might suggest mixing those first two tracks just a slight bit louder if you can get away with it.
