Post jazz music that ISNT boring

post jazz music that ISNT boring

fuck off rockist pleb

all of avant-garde jazz

>he thinks "boring" is a legitimate criticism of music

...

Was literally listening to this right now.

he thinks green text and a frog picture is a legitimate BTFO

I fucking hate this album.

Thanks for listening to my urgent words.

if this doesn't make you dance, then you are dead inside
can you explain why?

...

>he's not holding a guitar

That's Cape Jazz innit?

Oh hey, that's

you first op

...

...

...

...

while it's certainly not boring, it's not very good either.

...

it's not a masterpiece, but for 00s standards it's pretty good

Thoughts on GoGo Penguin?

I loved the first two albums, but wasn't that much into Man Made Object

they also sound very good live

>implying I was using "boring" as a criticism rather than as a casual emotional reaction.

I thought it would be jazz going in, so I thought it was unlistenable trash.

Very fair, I just couldn't find the cover to v2.0, which is probably my favourite album of theirs. Definitely some really talented guys.

I can't get myself to like this type of jazz that sounds more like movie-soundtracks than actual jazz. The only contemporary jazz that I get anything out is the shitbat crazy free jazz, really want more contemporary stuff but I just can't find anything that really excites me.

Also contributing with Hill's most exciting work

I guess you are allowed to think that, any thoughts on their other albums?
