>be woman in easy mode
>committed to a rich man
>she prefers the pleb life

Neither can any male on Sup Forums.

...

>he was a simple man that just wanted his pelts

Like this post to keep the tree niggers away

pretty bad list and im not a girl

>there will never be a spaghetti western where Blondie and Harmonica team up

Fuck this gay earth

is there a war movie comfier than Das Boot?

the most unrealistic thing in this movie is a woman being so passionate about something.

Half of those are good. And 100% of them women hate. So it's a decent list in that regard.

...

I've met many women that love Dead Poets Society. Needless to say, the movie is utter shit.

But thats wrong blade runner point break the last samurai her gattaca are a few i can think of i know girls like

If there is I have to see it to believe it

and 2001

Master and Commander is comfier, but they're pretty similar

...

I am him.

...

Just because they like them doesn't mean they understand them.

When did this list start forming? Buncha anons noticed the females in their lives didn't like those movies?

Point break was directed by a woman though. This list need alot of work.

>gay poet society
Nigga that is grill kino

Good choice as this has been proven beyond any doubt

Remove Point Break and The Outsiders.

>Why give women the vote, they are just going to vote for the best looking candidate.

>This team is not going to win little league let alone the big league, not while the players have ugly girl friends.

>Your feminine intuition is as useless as those shoulder pads, Tania, TV broadcasting is a respectable medium, shock jocks ratings are for radio only.

>Drive-in's and milk bars are the future, we are not betting the house on your silly electronic toys.

>Aviation is a passing fad, trains built this great nation and always will be the best way to travel.

he did everything wrong

Gran Torino

liking =/= understanding

simply playing devils advocate here but that is a contention that can easily be made

He's rich, physically and verbally abusive, handsome, manipulative and a borderline sociopath. Why women didn't support him instead of Jack? Was a 90s thing?

and that

is our daily DOUBLES

Jack clearly has the pussy armor (a girl likes him)

Cal didn't had a woman that liked him, making him a creep

The movie did really hard to convince the viewers of it

In the real world however, woman wouldn't like jack

A rich and handsome asshole forcing a girl to like him despite she's already in love of a kinder and supporting guy is a common trope on female-aimed media. The asshole always get the girl.

Jodie Foster sells it though.

She also sells being a competent woman in Silence of the Lambs too.

I wish all women were like Jodie Foster.

Gay?

me too mate she's my waifu

She got diddled as a kid. She's not a dyke so much as muffin munching is an expression of her fear of men instilled by getting diddled as a kid.

Basically a man.

Don't forget brotherhood/camaraderie. Definitely something women don't understand.

it is natural for men like you to crave the validation of their existence and get depressed if they fail to feel relevant, responsible.
The best way for a man to cater his need for approval is to serve some woman (and some of her children) through emotional&financial support.
Men are pleased to contribute to someone else life, to support their family.

Why women are a good way to feel relevant? Because women love to be provided for and each woman will always find a man ready to please her.
[for most men, the best feeling of feeling real is when the girl moans from your cock in her pussy]

THe problem for men is that they are disposable in the eyes of each woman, since all men wish to serve the few women who talk to them.
Men must thus invent several ways to please women, invention and creativity which strengthen their feeling of being worthy, relevant, in touch with reality.
Men are too impotent to find other way to feel real.
Once that the a woman replaces a man by another provider, the man gets very upset and depressed.
THis leads men to think that they are better than women, stronger, smarter and that they must built a life outside women. Some men manage to indeed built an empire, but they will always loose it for some women.
Women give meaning to men and betas, no matter how successful outside women, will always give up everything for some relationship with some woman who claim to fancy them.

These are the 2 character that literally no woman will ever understand.
True loneliness, abscence of any point of view besides yours? Comradery in spite of loss of dignity and freedom?

No woman will really get it, they may get the plot behind it but it wont ever truly resonate with them, they will never really "feel" the struggle of Travis and Freddie.

I've never seen the show, but are my suspicions correct in that he was the only saving grace it had?

...

Women wouldn't understand any of them.

...

I'm a woman and the reason I don't "understand" most of those movies is that they are horribly historically inaccurate.

Oh, and Snyder's portrayal of Rorschach is fucking juvenile although Haley is a good actor.

Historical accuracy has nothing to do with it, at all. Most of those movies embody themes like honor and camaraderie, and those being male constructs you could never hope to understand them. Don't blame yourself though, it's your brain that's at fault.

>"you just don't get this fictional depiction of honour!"

Yeah, because I'm more concerned with real life political biases and the exploitation and simplification of history.

I mean, who cares about learning from the past when we can project hollow abstract concepts like "honour" onto it instead of dealing with moral complexities?

The real life William Wallace, for example. There's court documents suggesting he robbed a woman named Christina of Perth. The story of how some lesser nobleman who robbed women for kicks could redeem himself and become a hero is a thousand times more compelling to me than

>HURR DURR IM A POOR GUY LOOK HOW POOR AND RELATABLE I AM
>MUH WIFE
>MUH FREEDUM

But yeah, I agree with you, there is a difference between my brain and yours.

...

My sister loves Master and Commander, both the movie and the book series. She's read every one several times and watches the film once a year. She tears up every time at the end where they send the bodies into the ocean and once after watching she told me how sad she was that she'd never get to experience that kind of camaraderie.

Guess my sister's just different.

You have autism don't you and had like 1 person that tolerated you in high school, as an adult that person is now gone.

...

You're thinking of someone you know IRL.

And I'm not them.

But Daisy was just a lil flower

No film is historically accurate, because history itself isn't accurate. And even if it was, the movies that women generally love suffer from just as many inaccuracies as the ones men love.

>Point Break

Yeah I'm sure women won't understand it, despite the director being a woman who understood it well enough to make it.

...

Why would historical accuracy have anything to do with character motivation and development?

All of these characters are fictional, some have historical settings but they arent based on real events.

ergo, you are a dumb cunt

he's 4chin incarnate

this

To be fair, in the Starship Troopers universe (both book and movie), women are held to the same standard to men. It's a society were sexism doesn't exist.

Heinlein criticizes modern liberalism that gave everyone freedoms instead of people having to earn it. In the books this "free" society leads to a criminal welfare state until the veterans take over and change the rules were freedom had to be earned. This lead to everyone being held to the same standards. Those who didn't like the system could opt out and live happily ever after as rich civilians, just have zero say in the government.

rorschach is a whiny buttblasted edgy autist.

comedian is the real man in that movie.

>I'll never get a girlfriend that loves me core

>historians, people who dedicate themselves to understanding the past, can't be absolutely certain
>people who deliberately lie about readily available facts to push a narrative, pull heartstrings, and make money
>comparing these two

That's like saying that people who want to teach Creationism in schools are okay because scientists acknowledge that there is no certainty.

> And even if it was, the movies that women generally love suffer from just as many inaccuracies as the ones men love.

Really? Because a lot of the shitty chick flicks out there at least deal with situations the female viewers actually experience.

See the issue with this thread is it's about male experience, or "things women can't understand", but then there are productions are that so removed from the experiences of which they are based on, developed by a film crew that most likely included women. Maybe some of these films accurately represent the experiences of men with little tampering and are therefore something that women can't fully sympathise with, but many of the examples here do not.

But even in those cases, do you, as someone I assume is a man, understand some of these films? Most of these examples here deal with situations so far removed from he experience of the average Sup Forums user. What do you know about war? What do you know about oppression? You're typing this out on a fucking computer.

> Why would historical accuracy have anything to do with character motivation and development?

Well, first, it hurts my ability to get into the film.

Secondly, historical accuracy matters because oftentimes things are altered to fit an ideoloical narrative. The introduction of a "message" often eliminates most of the philosophical complexity, or the real meat of what these men had to deal with. You can't say "these are films women can't understand" when the actual situations these men lived through are now so watered down that children could understand them.

Women find it impossible to understand early Jojos characters, they just sit in boredom inbetween poses.

>men don't understand war if they haven't fought one

All men understand conflict and competition and have a desire to excel over each other in a way that women don't. Few women can understand the desire for competition that all men feel and war is just the ultimate competition. Also, pretty much all the things men compete in are related to combat in some way.

Is that the mummy
