I watched a few episodes of the show. It was painfully unfunny. The only positive thing I can say about it is the women were all beautiful.

It had some eps that were good in a kind of knock off Happy Endings way but it's whole appeal is/was basically down to the current sitcoms it's competing with being worse

The premise of New Girl is nearly identical to shows like Friends and How I Met Your Mother. The only thing New Girl has going for it is Zooey Deschanel and Hannah Simone.
