Congratulations

Graduating in law at 21 is quite impressive! Especially with first class honours

My friend your life is much better than literally everyone else I know!

Not sure if you wanted sympathy or were bragging.

did all the things, but in Europe law education takes longer. at least 5 years of university, but best do 4 more.

can you actually graduate and work in law as 21yo? do you feel prepared?

I do. I already have a job as a junior government lawyer to start in 2017

Impressive

You must either have asperger's syndrome (which explains why you cant get girls). or you are remarkably ugly. or both.

your career sounds promising though

loser

hahaahahahaha sad

Which cases and sections of the Corps Act relate to liability of public companies where a director and CEO acts outside of the scope of his authority and a third party wishes to sue him and the company and a joint venture involving the company as a result of breach of contract (because he had to renege because the board and the other company in the joint venture told him to)?

I did corporate law last year so I don't remember on the top of my head. I got a High Distinction for it

But generally I recognise that your facts relate to agency so you'll need to consult that area in your corporate law textbook

There is a potential action for breach of warranty of authority by the third party against the director who acted outside the scope of his/her authority

I did not consider that last suggestion. You may have helped me.
If so thank you

when people in 4 chan are calling you sad.

Section Google, paragraph KYS

If you are stuck at any point, feel free to post here (although again I do not have my notes or textbook with me and I studied corporate law last year, so I don't have detailed & authoritative knowledge)

The best course of action is to consult your lectures, tutorials and textbooks. Everything should be answered there.

Enjoy your sad, lonely gook life.

How is he sad? Lol he is graduating in law at 21 with first class honours. I doubt many if any of you have/will be able to do that

>26
>european

So when u gonna meet ur future wife that ur parents have arranged? Do ur parents own a restaurant, laundry place or nailshop?

have a nice life Cuck McFuck

I do not have a pre-arranged marriage. I have no idea where you are getting this from

They do not own a restaurant, laundry place or a nailshop

did you vote for pauline hanson?

I did not vote for her. I tend to vote for Labor/Greens

r u me?

I also sort of envy OP now that you mention it

All depends on how you look at it

I know people dating the most attractive women and they havent achieved nearly what you have at that age.

I'll get hated for this but most people here (and probably in society around your age) tend to go to parties, drink tons of alcohol, hook up with someone they'll later regret and damage themselves. They don't tend to be very well educated and if they are it's not in a field like law or medicine...

Just keep doing what you're doing. yes there iwll be people you are jealous of but you have klots to be proud of

Have you really live yet?

have you ever really lived?

Moving to Canberra end of the month from UK!

What's it like compared to other aus cities?

Depends on what you mean by "lived"

I've never been to a party (except in year 2), I've never kissed a girl or had a girlfriend and im still a virgin

Canberra is cold. I lived there for a large part of my life, mainly in my childhood. I'm in QLD now and have been living there since idk maybe 6/7 yrs old?

Brisbane (QLD) is warmer. canberra is nice though. lovely atmosphere - absolutely electric. you'll loev australia. wonderufl country. people there are generally fairly laid-back and i hope you enjoy it!

m8 i went to my own 18th to crown with my family. i still have juice boxes. i have never watched porn. git on my level.

Lol funny.

You probably think I'm lying. I'm actually not. Everything i said in the first post is true.

yes i have watched porn. i have no idea what you mean by juice boxes..? i celebrated my 18th doing what... i dont even remember. probably wouldve been in a mid-year exam then or something like that. certainly it wasnt memorable. but then neither have all of my other birthdays

I presume the reply was for me..

Thanks dude! I'm pretty excited, it's cold AF here so I'm not sure how much colder it can get.

Is there much room for snow sports in the mountains?

Are you 12?

>Vietnamese

How does it feel to be so close to the asian master race, but still so far away?

I don't think you'll be having much fun in the snow haha. Australia doesn't snow much - I've certainly never seen it snow in Canberra although it is awfully cold. If you come from a place that does snow maybe it won't feel that cold to you. Nevertheless, Canberra is a great place to visit. Where you from? I'm thinking of flying to the States after I graduate. Maybe lose my virginity to a prostitute...

I am not 12. I am actually 21, so reverse the digits :P

Please enlighten me: What is this so-called "Asian master race"? hahaha

>Implying you can be born in a made up country

If from Lincolnshire UK so it's flat as fuck and freezing/windy, I was looking forward to snowboarding in the mountains but I'll settle for fucking about in the lakes. I'd say head to UK then take a trip to Amsterdam, prostitutes and some weed will sort your priorities right out bro.

I actually would rather that I were Caucasian. If there were any "master race" it would not be the Asian race in my eyes. Being Vietnamese is certainly not an advantage when you talk about getting a good job at a top-tier law firm - especially if you're from a low socioeconomic background.

I think in the US if a black kid from brooklyn manages to overcome adversity and struggle and get into Harvard Law School they are praised as some kind of genius and lauded for their hard work.

If an asian does that, it's all attributed to their race, not their hard work. And you know, I feel I could win a nobel prize and sitll not get girls. I recently won an academic prize for highest GPA after doing 3/4 years of law... you know how many girls have rejected me? too many. over 20. I keep count in my notepad on my phone..

Amsterdam. Been watching some documentaries on YouTube about the whole prostitution/escort scene there. Being such a straight-edged person I would never indulge in weed (but I do support legalisation of weed). i'm okay with prostitutes though. i mean at 21 if i've never had a girlfriend there's really no point. i've achieved a lot in terms of my grades and my professional experience. I've worked for a few government agencies and I have a graduate lawyer position lined up for next year. Expecting to graduate in law with First Class Honours (i think in the UK they have the same classification system).

But yeah. just seems useless - little point. Asperger's syndrome as well doesn't help. My only fear is getting addicted to prostitutes and then losing all my money.. that's a decision i'll have to make after i finish my last exam mid-November, though! :P

What do you consider superior: civil law or common law?

>Vietnamese. Born in Australia
Shouldn't you be Australian then, mate?

common law, of course :-)

I am from a common law country

I am Australian.
