The basis of it is you take poppy seeds, and wash them to get the alkaloids off the outsides. There's a variety of methods but I would just use orange juice and swish for 5 minutes (longer and the alkaloids can supposedly absorb into the seeds) then strain and drink. Dosage/amount of seeds is tricky because it varies by manufacturer and batch, as well as opiate tolerance. If you do try, go slow with each new batch. Also, some manufacturers wash their seeds so you might end up drinking nasty tea for no benefit. McCormick or similar are worthless, look for bulk or local small stores, organic, shit like that.
The high is pretty standard oral opiate high, but the withdrawals are pretty harsh, so be careful
