Hey Sup Forums I wrote a C++ script to view all your porn in image to webm form in one HTML document. Just drop the folder contain said smut and it'll create a !full.htm with every image/webm file listed alphabetically.
What's that? you have a well-sorted collection that can't just be alphabetically abused? Fear not this program keeps folders together and even creates a legend at the top of the page leading directly to where each folder's images are.

Safest thing is to wipe your hard drive and reinstall Windows. You can never be sure if you've completely removed it unless you do this.
