Serious answer is yes. Artists are basically useless in an economy. And Canada is in a recession so it's a double negative for them. I'd say the best bet is for doctors, technology subject matter experts (specialize in one or two 3rd party applications that other companies need but knowledge about is restricted), and possibly certain professors since the education industry/business is kind of big here.
