great band
try it if you like ambient with beats and geetars
If any of you guys are into Animal Collective I suggest you check out M83. His 2012 album is somewhat similar to MPP.
Cleaners From Venus
Listen if you like lo-fi jangle pop kind of stuff

Kim Myhr made the best album of last year imo
youtube.com
Jenny Hval did the vocals on it, so if you're a fan of her, you might like it
not enough love for jesu... i see people asking for deathgaze all the time in "genres you wish existed" threads. well, here you go:

I owe M83 for getting me into music in the first place, can't help but like Gonzalez over anything by AC
bump
parquet courts

I am not capable of understanding why Pink Floyd is so hated when this exists
>picks stellar band
>picks one of their worst songs and one of the songs that sounds the least like the rest of their discography
probably one of their best videos though, thanks Phil Collins

These guys used to be viralled pretty hard here about a year or two years (fuck me maybe even three) ago and I really liked their one album, nice glitchy pop that takes a very harsh and doom-inspiring turn

Swirlies are the raddest
good taste senpai
Bob Moses
dredg is tight, that album is really underrated
Miracle Legion. Most similar to early IRS R.E.M. in jangly tone, but otherwise seperate. has a vocalist with a deep, strong voice and great lyrical talent. They unfortunately only made this one almost perfect album (1987) and an EP (1984)
I shill the constantly, but Wovenhand/16 Horsepower/David Eugene Edwards.
Alt-country but it's a lot further down the Gothic path than most is.
Also Jay Munly.
Man, so many great bands that were one and done.
>Bay Faction

HARVEY MILK
ladies' code. theyre doing some r&b/electronic type deal with monotree atm and it really works.
i'm not even going to listen to any of these links you're wasting your time
but it's a good entry for plebs
my friends who'd hate most of SA don't really mind HP
Holy fuck, I didn't ask for this flashback
I've listened to all of them.
Thanks, lazyposter.
Less than 1,000 views on a lot of their songs. Getting a tattoo of them here pretty soon, fucking amazing band.

This song is horrible
Check out Dealership, small indie pop band.
Or Fox Wound for post rock screamo
wow yeah this is pretty fucking bad dude, please hold off on that tattoo

Dan and Drum. Blows my mind how great of a songwriter this kid is.
Not my favorite artist but a really good one.
Fionn Regan - 100 Acres of Sycamore
I saw them live recently. Pretty badass.
I know for a fact im the only one posting this band..
Listen to diaries bros... its beautiful
They opened for MSI and Julien-k twice and good god I hope their live shows have improved.

Pure metal without vocals. His two best songs in my opinion. I also love watching him play the drums while doing metal covers
Kings Kaleidoscope
Please listen to the band Mob. They're this beautiful fusion of post-rock/shoegaze/noise rock with elements of post-hardcore thrown in for good mix. It's amazing, I even bought their CDs just so I could upload their music online in a high quality.
A track from their best album
youtube.com
they're not really hated. I feel it's just a reaction due to their reputation among people that tend to put them on a pedestal that's way to big.
How long ago was that and never heard of those artists.. what genre??
I like some of their songs, mainly from the album you posted.
Snow tha product is fucking garbage hahaha what are you 7
I'm not being rude or mean but I am genuinely amazed that you listen to TBM but haven't heard of MSI. Julien-k is a bit more understandable.
They're in the same sort of industrial/electronic/punk area.
MSI is very love em or hate em though.
Anyway it was probably 8 years ago.
I've been really into Camel recently. Here's a good intro to their stuff.

And their best song.

If Sup Forums don't hate me, here's this...youtube.com

Maybe I'm just missing their mentions but I've missed them.
>Maybe I'm just missing their mentions but I've missed them.
Jesus. I'm tired. And also retarded.
Kiss The Anus Of A Black Cat
