well radiohead are undeniably influenced by krautrock.. but a lot of it is instrument based. i guess maybe amon duul is very lyrically based although they sometimes sing in english. i know krautrock that was made in east germany is very lyrically focused, inspired by poetry and shit, so you might want to look into that (albeit pretty shite compared to west german music)
