I've always wanted to see the reaction of a chronological run.

Listen to:
Kid A

Consider listening to:
Amnesiac
OK Comupter

Don't bother with:
Everything else

go chronologically, skip Pablo Honey if you want to (it's not very good)

this

They're boring, radio-friendly alt-rock, so you're not missing much.

if you enjoy good music you should stick to amnesiac (for context you might want to check out Kid A first and listen to Amnesiac after), otherwise chronologically is best.

Think I'm gonna go chronologically from the bends

Just don't start

Best option.

I see them posted pretty much every day here, might as well

If you enjoy good music, you can safely ignore Radiohead.

wow this guy doesn't like Radiohead look how cool he is

Start with OK Computer, it has the best good/accessible ratio

Creep is definitely their most accessible song. Everybody loves Creep.
OK Computer their most accessible album. I'd start with that. Paranoid Android was instant for me.

>this used to be normie music

when will teenage angst worm itself back into pop again bros?

seems a bit edgy

thanks i have friends too you know

dude Thom Yorke used to be /fa/ as fuck, would fit right in in 2017

>mfw its still normie music

>mfw its extremely tame, especially by 90s angst standards

Start with The Bends, go chronologically. Don't listen to each album just once, listen to each one until you fully take it in. They slowly reveal themselves.

Skip Pablo Honey if you really want, but at least listen to the first two and last two songs.

OP here this is the worst piece of advice ever, kys

Yeh? your waifu pillows dont count lmao

Nah

In Rainbows and Kid A is probably their best album.

I never listened to all of King Of Limbs but Lotus Flower is probably one of my top 5 songs...or maybe top 6. Idk i never really ranked them but its deff one of their best hits

he looks just like Tilda Swinton in that thumbnail

You gotta first ask yourself two things; Do you like electronic or rock music more?
If electronic, start with
>Kid A
then
>Amnesiac and OK Computer

If rock
>The Bends or OK Computer
then
>In rainbows and Hail to the Thief

If both, start with OK Computer

The King of Limbs and Pablo Honey are not really worth listening to when you're trying to get into Radiohead. I'd probably leave A Moon Shaped Pool after you've listened to at least a few other albums.

This is coming from a Radiohead fan

>This is coming from a Radiohead fan
You say it like it gives you some sort of authority
It's good advice though.

> anything post ok computer
> "radio friendly"

>someone sarcastically says hes cool
>mentions that he has friends to overcompensate

Moon Shaped Pool wasn't that bad. Burn the Witch, Day Dreamin, Ful Stop were great songs.

Also wondering if they ever put their version of the song Spectre for the recent bond film. I dont even see it available for the moon shaped pool deluxed edition

Never said it was bad, but I don't believe it's the right album to introduce someone to Radiohead.

go chronologically, listen to some of the singles of Pablo Honey, The Bends and Ok Computer, then listen to Kid A and Amnesiac (or some of the songs).
