Well, the "red" you see here is the pink from the BG swiped over the green at low opacity, so I guess that would be a pretty accurate of how it would show through skin.
It's more of a brown if you color pick it, but since it contrasts with the green it looks pink.

The color of your blood when blushing influences your skin because it's visible, green is a muddier and stonger color than peach as well as it makes brown. Her skin as opposed to ours is clearly not transparent. Black people blush really deep colors too, still mostly red, but oversaturate with red and it can look red.
