Why is every rapper so boring compared to Kanye? Why isn't anyone else doing what he does lyrically?

They will be five years from now, but by then Kanye will be on to the next thing. Hes always ahead of the curve and no other hip hop artist compares.
Because Kanye is the only genius hip-hop ever had and will have for a long time.
I think this too only about Stefan Burnett
stop posting psych ward kanye
stop posting post-2008 kanye
That look in his eyes scares me
It's been 13 years since he entered the game, shouldn't people already be copying him?
He looks the best now than ever.
People have already been copying him for years. Hell just about every rapper who isn't rapping about drugs and violence owes their career to him. That's the only hip hop that was profitable until he came along.
>Hell just about every rapper who isn't rapping about drugs and violence owes their career to him
What rappers are doing that in a way that isn't shit? J. Cole is lame, Big Sean is ALRIGHT, and Drake is the male Taylor Swift.
Chance doesn't rap anymore. Childish Gambino comes the closest with BTI and some songs off Camp, but he doesn't rap anymore either.
And Gambino is still nowhere near as talented as Kanye.
cuz u a whiteboy
>I sent dis bish a picture of my dick
Every rapper alive does exactly what he does lyrically.
Garbage.
NOW IF I FUCK THIS MODEL
He's also a producer. Also his lyrics are personal and revealing.
I'm not white.
>Also his lyrics are personal and revealing.
Exactly, no one else does that, at least not as well as he does.
talented producer
mediocre lyricist
injured person
i havnt been keeping up with him the last few months, but i hope he is getting better. Kanye is great, Sup Forums dickrides him too hard because they're all still in their teens or undergrad uni.
can you shut the fuck up you cherrypicking autist
>personal and revealing.
fuck you. that's the majority of rappers.
J cole makes albums that are personally revealing, and i not even much of a cole fan anymore.
>mediocre lyricist
how? why do you think that?
has a hidden meaning
>fuck you. that's the majority of rappers.
The majority rappers make only singles and/or rap about nothing but fucking, shooting, and smoking.
>J cole makes albums that are personally revealing,
I said "at least not as well as he does", J. Cole is terrible.
jesus christ
kanye dick riders gotta go
you responded to a shitpost.
Notice how all his experimental albums came post-07 after YouTube and the normiefication of the internet? You know, before every kid and their mother began pirating music instead of going to record-shops to buy music?
Kanye is lucky--not creative. He made a lot of money during rap's commercial peak sucking Jay Z's cock and rhyming his raps over soul records and that enables him to dick around a lot creatively releasing musical flop after flop after flop (Yeezus anyone?) which suburban Sup Forumspsters eat-up.
Kanye is a mentally ill man who shits his pants and has nothing but gold digging Armenian whores around him and an audience of cynical white hipsters who think he is being le cool and ironic xD because p4k literally gives him a ten for whatever fart sounds he records.
Kanye aspires to be a great musician, not a great rapper, because rap fucking sucks
Kanye listens to phil collins and thom yorke, not lil nigglet uzi shmurda thug
yeezus wasn't a flop
contrarian
w2c that jacket
>rap fucking sucks
>>t. probably has never listened to a single rap track in it's entirety
>Lil Uzi Vert literally the Thom Yorke of his genre
These are the artists that define rap, listen to some of their music. Some of it's pretty decent and I'm sure Kanye was influence more by, say, 36Mafia's production style than Coldplay:

That boom is a bedrock sound of hip-hop, but West saw it as a way to propel himself beyond the genre’s walls. “I’m trying to put on those Phil Collins melodies,” West told Miss Info, naming the most elusive and least-explored influence on 808s. He was talking about Collins’ synth-like, proto-Auto-Tuned voice, but there’s also a sonic kinship between the hard, sharp, and dry drums that Collins popularized on his earliest solo records and the uncanny explosions in dead space that make up 808s’ beats. Collins first came upon this “gated reverb” drum sound while working on Peter Gabriel’s 1980 track “Intruder”, when the song’s engineer, Hugh Padgham, used a microphone normally used for in-studio communication—something closer to an intercom—and then trapped and snuffed out any overtones with a signal processor called a noise gate. It made the drum hits both vivid and lifeless, loud sounds that confused our sense of how loud sounds travel. The technique was famously employed on Collins’ signature hit “In the Air Tonight”, which Kanye has covered live.
One of Kanye's anecdotes concerned Thom Yorke, who West loves. As a Radiohead fan, West puts half the Pitchfork staff to shame. On the mixtape track "Us Placers", Kanye, alongside Lupe Fiasco and Pharrell, rapped over a sample of Yorke's solo track "The Eraser". And when he talked to The Fader last fall, Kanye described the sound of "Love Lockdown" as "Thom Yorke in the strip club,
Kanye latches on to other famous people to make himself famous. Him mentioning Thom Yorke in passing doesn't convince me of much.
Also, Kanye samples like twenty different artists every album.
there was a short time all the pop stars were trying to co opt thom to appear more hip, but thom is an evil curmudgeon, so all the pop stars used off brand thom, chris martin
all this new shit sucks

I have recently started listening to all his albums ( wasn't a native English speaker but now I am fluent and picking up) I hear his singles. But man his albums are next level. Graduation, 808 and hearbreak, the college dropout every single song is god tier. I haven't hear all his albums YET but I've heard majority of them as singles.
kanye a busta
Sampling isnt that big of a deal anymore.
Sure it was when Pete Rock started sampling Fela Kuti and other interesting obscure beats, but now it's just whatever
his new album is incredible, though
I liked it better than kanye's last 2 albums
Kanye is one of the smartest man alive and NO ONE comes even close to it.
His analysis of Hegel's critique of Kant is praised by academics from all over the world and is often cited in debates over morality in law & justice.
To say that you hate or dislike Kanye's musical/ creative /thought-provoking outlet is like you saying we should go back to the middle-ages and eat nothing but beans because that's the way it always has been.
The Life of Pablo is a critique how enslaved the human conscious has become and how life on earth has reached its expectancy and have to realize alternative possibilities that outreach the way we live our lives on Earth. This idea stems of course from futurology and the ideas of computerizing the human consciousness to the point where our morals are decided by a higher human created power, the super-computer which governs the relevant thought of morality.
This is reflected in his song "Ultralight Beam" which discusses the idea of a godlike creature coming down to earth and manifesting itself on an "Ultralight Beam" to manifest thought-patterns in humans.
Kanye possesses a PHD so even the Academic world acknowledges his approach to the world, science and metaphysics to the point where millions of people appreciate his thoughts on society and could even win the Presidential Election.
>gold digging Armenian whores
You can't be a gold digger if you're already rich.

and Coldest Winter is a cover of Memories Fade by Tears for Fears.
Your shit taste is your problem. Awaken, My Love is just shameless ripoffs of old funk songs. The music sounds identical.
