No matter what I do I can't get the smell of sweat out of my armpits.
I've tried close to everything, you mention it.
I just came back from a shower where I rubbed in baking soda for about 5 minutes, rinsed. Then I used apple cider vinegar for about 5 minutes aswell, after that I used soap. The kind of soap that you use to clean the floor after 3 years of stomping around in your own shit.

It's not the sweat that makes you smell bad, It's the bacteria that eats it. Might be in your head too. Do you take Steroids?
Have you tried going to a doctor about it? There may be an issue with sweat glands. If diet and hygiene aren't the problem it may be bodily issues

Tried that, didn't work for me. I had to throw some shirts away. When I dressed them I began to stink like 30 minutes later. Even If I had taken a shower used deodorant and stuff.

If you wanna be extreme about it there's some kinds procedure you can do that basically stops you from sweating in certain spots. I don't know what it's called but it exists.
You should also start using anti-antiperspirant instead of deodorant.

go to a doctor. he will prescribe you a creme that will get rid of the bacteria which cause the smell.
one cup of amonia (or nail polisher if you dont have it) and half a cup of bleach, stirr and pour on armpits. maybe drink some of it too.

Mix together a batch of vinegar and bleach. Use in a spray bottle under arms daily on a hot steamy shower. Spray repeatedly. Inhale deeply. It will help with many health problems.

some synthetics and synthetic blends do not breathe well, increasing the incidence of sweatstench.
natural fabrics like cotton and linen breathe easily.
also: sometimes body chemistry is responsible for the smell, and is not as easily diagnosed. an endocrinologist might have some insight in that respect.
