dave-roland.bandcamp.com/album/the-original-music-to-the-last-ride

>synthpop, ambient, original soundtrack

I fucked up one of the songs so I need to re-record the bassline, which is no joy since I have to figure out what settings I originally used on the keyboard. But it's all in the name of not half assing things like in the past.

I saw a couple of your releases on my gfs phone, she says they're really good :)

The music sounds really sweet. I like the raspy voice in the higher registers. If you actually recorded them in a park then props to you!

Can't say much about the lyrics since I don't understand french but the beats are kind of lackluster imo.

I actually love this.

This is pretty heckin good, I'll give it a better listen tmr :)

ok fine i'll post

I downloaded this last night. Rec'd

I love this. Bought your most recent release and will explore the others over time. I love this kind of stuff

This is great. The vocals are very pleseant to my ears and the horn at the end is a great touch. DL'd and rec'd

Seems really disheveled. Not due to the noise but due to the erratic nature of the instruments that seem to pop in whenever they feel like it.

I can't understand one word due to the vocals being so distortet but I think it fits. This is some extremely noisy stuff. Like it very much!

>Not due to the noise but due to the erratic nature of the instruments that seem to pop in whenever they feel like it.
hmm, i think i see your point. i do need to work on getting all the instruments better synced and find combinations that harmonize better together, although i think part of the fun are the odd notes and occasional dissonance they can cause. maybe that one got a little diluted by the amount of layers i added, i kinda got carried away haha
