You can literally just kick those locks off though. I got really good at it in high school, (pranking around with friends, we all had to replace our locks 100 times) you just have to kick downwards and on a slight angle with enough force and that fucker splits right in two.

also wouldn't it be easier and less noisy to use something like a small prybar or shim beneath the shackle to get the same angle of force?
