Thoughts on μ-Ziq?
Thoughts on μ-Ziq?
how do you pronounce that upside down h?
"mu" i believe
Mu but like myou, not moo.
Why aren't we called /μ/ then
holy shit it's "music"
μ
>american education
Americans amirite?
When I ask people if they've heard of μ-Ziq they're like "Of course I've heard of music."
he's ξ-t
sometimes good, sometimes bad
muziq musix
yeah sorry we're not all taught how to read and pronounce the language of a country as irrelevant as greece
thats because you only took babby math
Lunatic Harness did have some great tracks.
this. I'm a physics major so I have to recognize Greek letters.
This, though it's cool to see this thread tonight. Been listening to Chewed Corners, one of his releases that is awesome from cover-to-cover.
>literally the cradle of Western Civilization
>HURR WHO CARES ABOUT GREECE
You are the problem.
What's your favorite song from it?
Honestly, I treat it like one big song, but "Hug" was the last time I peeked at my music player to see what track was playing.
interesting sound, sometimes boring execution
The same as Sup Forums. Like "moo"
Some of his stuff from his albums in the 90s really stand out to as the best "IDM braindance" stuff out there.
There something about Taikon that just draws me towards it, but I can't deny that I love the melody to Melting Bas.
Good point.
For example this: youtube.com
greece is no longer relevant in the modern day, cry about it.
Yeah yeah, you nailed it, those two stand out.
I was going to say Weakling Paradinas, but I think it gets ruined by those strings at 3:29. youtube.com
in pine effect is very good. i especially like this track:
Not a bad one. It's really different compared to the rest of the album.
you haven't taken statistics as well I see, lmaoing @ ur life m8
his frost jockey stuff doesn't get enough love
he didn't say greece. he was talking about the language
keep up if you're gonna speak up
he ok
best thing he ever did was that one collab with Aphex tho
he's not quite a god, but like a prince of electronic music. Like, ran with Richard Vibert etc. Had some great tracks and no doubt is even more skilled these days. His label is sweet too. I listened to the record "200" with my friends a lot in high school.
It's a very common variable used in simple statistic maths and equally simple electrical engineering and magnetism
But who are you to be blamed for americas institutional retardation
Pic unrelated btw
I wouldn't agree with that. Expert Knob Twiddlers was good but have you heard any of his albums discussed here?
Yep he isn't GOAT, but I feel most of his stuff has been overlooked. I.e. Lunatic Harness received critical acclaim but it was definitely not his best work. If you take a listen to his newer albums, you can also see that his skills have grown a lot.
