I went to the gym for the first time yesterday. I was completely fine yesterday, but I just woke up and both my arms are in fucking pain. Even my back hurts a bit. Is there a way to ease the pain?

It's natural since you haven't worked out before, it will stop happening with time.

If you workout multiple times the pain will get smaller and smaller every time

It's normal to be so sore, given that it's one of your first workouts.

I've been lifting for a long time. I still get DOMS.
I lift religiously though so I guess for the recreational gym goer....

Happened me to first time during weight training to my legs, im a heavy guy so i worked my legs out as hard as i could and i couldnt walk the next day
