alright user. first, scope out the girl you want. if she's out of your league, don't even think about it.

second, find an excuse to talk to her. say that you're interested in her if you can't find a good enough excuse.

thirdly, talk to her about certain subjects. it doesn't matter what their opinions are, since you can change them later. all that you have to do in this step is allow them to feel comfortable with their opinions around you. a cheap way to do this is talk about the presidential election. don't interrupt them, don't get loud, don't be autistic, don't say "wrong, and here's why", just listen to them and if you really must voice your own opinion, do it shortly in a calm manner.
