There are people that unironically like this

>There are people that unironically like this

I could imagine some retarded fan faggot nerds watching this scene in the theater for the first time and leaping from their seat going "YEAAAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!" like some frat douche at a keggar

I truly feel sorrow for my generation

YEAAAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!

YEAAAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!

YEAAAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!

>YEAAAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!
YEAAAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!

YEAAAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!

YEAAAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!

HELL YEAH SHIT WAS SO CASH IN THE THEATERS I WAS AT THE EDGE OF MY SEAT

>yes yes, well done count goku, well done count goku, however

why did yoda say that?
sounded familiar...

YEAAAAAAAAAAH DOOKU LICK HIS ASS!

george said it's what everyone had been waiting for, to see yoda going to town with his laser sword.

are you saying he was wrong?

it was the only laugh in that whole shitty movie

YEAAAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!

I legit felt this way but I was also 10 at the time.

In the defense of this: Yoda is a Jedi. In fact, he's a Jedi Master. Jedi use lightsabers. I don't know why people expect that Yoda would never use a lightsaber just because he never did in Empire. He was retired and dying by the time Empire came around, of course we never see a scene with him using his lightsaber.

That said, I always felt like the Kenobi/Anakin/Yoda vs Dooku fight of Clones was the worst lightsaber fight. The choreography is just clumsy, and the whole thing is just overshadowed by the much better arena sequence.

But the whole "Yoda shouldn't lightsaber" shit is just stupid.

YEAAAAAAAAH YODA KICK HIS ASS!

The Obi-Wan vs. Dooku part in particular was bad. The choreography was great but it's literally a 30 second duel. Seriously. Watch it again. We literally see less than 30 seconds of Obi-Wan dueling Count Dooku.

Watched it when I was about 12 and found it cool enough

>count goku

Really Lucas?

Yep. Honestly, the Yoda part is the best part of that entire fight sequence.

That said, the Kenobi/Anakin vs Dooku fight in Sith is superior, but some of that is thanks in part to the ground work built by the shittier Clones fight (in Clones, we see Kenobi and Anakin aren't that close and don't fight as a team, but by Sith, they're moving in sync and are in full best friend mode).
