The Best Bob Dylan Album

In b4 Highway 61 n00bs or Blood on the Tracks hipsters

Ehhhh...

I mean, it's a great album, don't get me wrong, but it just feels kind of, I don't know, light? The duet with Cash, Lay Lady Lay and Tonight I'll Be Staying Here With You are all absolute 5/5 tunes, but I just don't think it has the staying power, the "oomph," to make it an all-timer

That's personally why I like it. It's more chill and lighthearted and I find a lot of Dylan's catalog to be very preachy

It's definitely The Freeweelin' wtf are you on about

I mean, if you REALLY like your music to have bucolic vibe, then Bobby's got ya covered with this one, but it just feels a bit one-dimensional compared to something like Blonde on Blonde

Could be because I grew up with bluegrass, but it just does it for me

Either Highway or Desire.

>bucolic

just pick one out of the best three album run in music history: BIOBH, Highway 61, and BoB

fucking hipsters

Saved is his best, Tempest is a close second

Please don't bully me...

he went folk rock there so you have case. and Bob dylan's 115th dream is stellar

watcha got against Highway 61

it is his best album

Also

John Wesley Harding >>>>> Nashville Skyline

Exactly, because they appealed to hipsters who make up the vast majority of critics

Desire desu
Based storytelling

The album cover looks like it has a play button on it.
Obviously not intentional considering when it was made but I can't not see it.

I noticed that as well
