Agreed. Dead is a killer vocalist, and he brought Mayhem to life, in a way. My all-time favorite would have to go to Deathcrush, though. I believe the intensity, rawness, atmosphere, and influence and overall style of that record to have never been matched either before or after its release by any band, not even by Mayhem themselves.
