King Azor Jon

too pure for this world

WHITE WOLF WISE WOLF

>kill off the most interesting and based characters
>only the most boring characters remain with the thickest plot armor ever seen - Jon, Dany, Tyrion, Sansa, Arya

AYY

Why does almost no action in the show have any consequence?

Jon deserts the Night's Watch - no one cares.
Ramsay murders his father - no one cares.
Sand Snakes murder their family - no consequence.
Cersei kills everyone at Baelor - becomes queen.
...

>marg
>loras
>mace
>Kevan
>high sparrow
>pycelle
>lancel
>the freys
>"interesting"

Yeah, nah mate.

That's because too much is happening to slow down the plot and focus on these things. The books will elaborate, if these events happen in them.

this tbqh

>hating on based Marge, Mace, Kevan, High Sparrow, Pycelle

>smirkfu
>mace the based
>bernie
>not interesting

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

>Marge
Pointless red herring

>Mace
Pointless idiot

>kevan
Literally did nothing

>high sparrow
Accomplished nothing. Pointless. Felt the bern

>pycelle
I'll give you this one but it was bound to happen sooner rather than later. Niggas old as fuck

where can I get all these GoT themed feel bros senpai help plz

the books will also address a lot of those things in totally unrecognizable ways, like how none of the people killed in the Sept are POV characters and so the impact of their deaths will be drastically reduced even if a one-off POV witnesses it happen.

> tfw we'll never know high sparrow's endgame

this.
We will feel the impact from a Jamie POV chapter. when he Queenslays Cersei

>Marge - smirks
>Mace - sings
>Kevan - ??
>High Sparrow - preaches
>Pycelle - farts

yea great lineup

He didn't desert, he died, his watch ended. No one liked Roose, so they threw in with Ramsay out of necessity and fear. Overthrowing rulers has been a theme of the show since season 1. Cersei just took over, so to say no one cares is premature, and incorrect. Considering that Jaime looked peeved, and Olenna and Dorne are allying with Daenerys to overthrow Cersea. The sand snake storyline was shitty and uncompelling, so they chose to delay it until a quick plot fix appears. Personally I think 3 of these are firmly addressed in the internal context of the show, and that you should probably just pay attention.

d r o p p e d

I guess whatever he preached is what he wanted. The faith militant to rule.

Mance's LOTR-tier speech about MADNUSS to rally his troops was the definite highlight of the season.

>Why does almost no action in the show have any consequence?
Ofc it had. Half the lords didnt Join him.
>Jon deserts the Night's Watch - no one cares.
Glover explicitly called him on it.
>Ramsay murders his father - no one cares.
The oficial version is he died of natural causes. Also he was a mad dog aligned with karstarks and umbers, both mad dogs as well. So there it is.
>Sand Snakes murder their family - no consequence.
Apparently all dorne was behind them. Its implied the sandsneks are very popular down there. Oberyn is that influential.
>Cersei kills everyone at Baelor - becomes queen.
Who's there alive that can oppose her realistically? The show never bothered to flesh an actual court. That bothered me for hours after the episode ended but I thought it through, it makes sense if she had the city watch and some lannister soldiers at her disposal. During the coronation, Jaime's army was outside the city walls, who would fuck with them? Olenna took the tyrell army back to highgarden with her....

>...
Fuck you

>/Highgarden/ queen
>Mace the Ace
>Lord Kevan Lannister
>Lancel the Hero
>not interesting

FUCK OFF REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

One of the best scenes.

...

This is how "epic" Dany scenes are made:

I wonder if they'll continue this property after the show ends. Like another show or a movie or something.

Memes and jokes aside, i felt legit sorry for Lancel and Mace.
That last face Mace makes killed me inside. There's something about a simple man being scared for himself and his children that really gets to me.

Anyone else?

oh shit wadup

Agreed. I genuinely routed for Lancel to save everyone.

Mace should have tried to stop Bernie though, Marge really cucked her dad for nothing :(

He wanted to end lordship and Institute a teocracy, with him as a leader.
You think it's something more than that? You give d&d too much credit, the show has the depht of a piss puddle now.

The Hypeslayer Has Fallen

GET HYPE

>there are retards still confused about who is Jon's father
What the fuck

Madness Has Had Its Day

...

How come Qyburn and the little birds killed that old guy (always forget his name)? The old guy was a twat and all but surely there's more to it than just "eh, why not?"

I had to explain it to two people at work. It actually embarrasses me how much detail I can remember.

>mfw someone brings women and children near me

...

Her face got btfo, remember?

Because GoT needs to take all the dramatic moments from ASoIaF, context be damned

>The time has come to join the [House] Frey (responsible for the deaths of Robb Stark, Catelyn Stark, Talisa Stark and Grey Wind. Allies with House Lannister, former allies with House Bolton. Responsible for death of Blackfish, imprisonment of Edmure Tully)

what did Peter "Littlefinger" Baelish mean by this?

my theory about this scene is that D&D meant for us to find Mance ludicrous like Jaime did, and only made him sincerely fucking awesome by accident.

Fucking Leslie Jones figured it out.

Qyburn is the only member of the small council now. He is grand maester, he is the hand of the queen, he is the master of coin, master of ships, master of whispers, and master of laws.

He controls Cersei now because he controls information. He'll control history once Euron makes him archmaester.

LAST THREAD

>Yara
>Viking ship
>Fertilizer

What did D&D mean by this?

Litterally all the Northern Coast of Essos in unhabited past Lorath, save for Dothraky and Frog people

make them

Bad writing

That is all.

*sails over from pyke*

so your dany

*gives you a thousand ships and my big cock*

*it was a glamour*

Why does she feel the need to act like a stereotype?

>tyrells
>interesting
they didn't do anything but have money

well this is probably the case in the books too

Reminder:

Cersei is our queen.

Preston is on suicide watch.

Does he have a magic eye with powers behind that eyepatch?

so daenerys gets btfo right? since jon is stark and targaryen he's the ice and fire so there's no need for dany, right?

THE WAR WAS LOST

>Cersei didn't care about her son dying
Uhh, dabid?

>Promise us, Ned ;D

Now that the High Sparrow is dead, who should we appoint as the newest member of the Chaosh Crew?

>Cersei
>Euron
>Qyburn
>Someone else?

House Dayne of Starfall

all those actions are from this season, a season that doenst have books

this is d&d storytelling, if its cool its alright

SO WHY EXACTLY DID HE KILL JIMSLEF Sup Forums?

Don't wory. Olenna will avenge them.

dabid is grieving for his son ramsey the same way

it's like pottery

cute

I love these Cersei pics, Cersei going batshit was the highlight of the season. I knew it was coming but it was fun regardless.

she came to terms with the prophecy after both other deaths, she pre-grieved.

whens darkstar

Didn't GURM say we wouldn't go any further east than Qarth?

Why the fuck do you think Jorah would be in Asshai?

he was an hero

>be GRRM
>writing TWoW for almost a decade now
>hated by fans, 1000 angry e-mails every day
>understand their pain but it has to be perfect
>it has to be perfect for them
>obsessing over every single minute detail
>have 40ft long chart with over 2100 houses, their alliances, their favorite foods, the names of their horses and the weight of their shits, in both ounces and kilograms
>rewrote last chapter 27 times to get the description of a valyrian spice just right and to throw in a perfect reference about a salt merchant from book 1
>fans hate me but they will appreciate the salt merchant
>season 6 comes out
>"they're going to get torn apart" I think
>watch sand snakes and smile
>rickon headshotted from 9000ft by ramsay, my chins wobble but i contain my laughter
>"i drink and i know things" tyrion
>season ends
>show of the year
>critics jerking themselves into oblivion
>fans love it

would you just end it if you were GRRM guys?

He lost his second-favorite pussy in a fire

ned never actually uttered the words 'i promise' in that scene

did he not communicate the fact he'd raise John as his own to Lyanna before she died?

>What's character progression?

She was really angry at him since Ep 8. His death was but a confirmation of her fear of the prophecy, which she's been preparing herself for ever since Myrcella died.

He was obsessed with Margeary's pancake tits so he wanted to become a pancake

Sparrow stays as a wight. That's the whole point of the crew

That they've been shipping us shit for years and will continue to do so.

It's amazing what difference a great soundtrack can make.

It's one of the most important part in movies and shows.

...

what about darkstar tho

>Jon deserts the Night's Watch - no one cares.
he left on a technicality, he literally died serving the night's watch, so his watch has ended

>Ramsay murders his father - no one cares.
he was poisoned by his enemies, also ramsay rules with fear, no one dares oppose him

>Sand Snakes murder their family - no consequence.

shit writing, but according to ellaria the people hate doran for being a pussy to the lannisters

>Cersei kills everyone at Baelor - becomes queen.

see ramsay. nobody is happy with her, jaime will prob kill her next season

who has dawn now?
darkstar, or that other kid dayne that was mentioned for like 2 pages?

Here.

this, Qyburn is effectively King now. he has to make sure Cersei doesn't figure it out, but even if that happens he probably has control over Robert Strong.

>British stunners

I'd have fun, because here comes the money!

GRRM is a fat old guy who just wants to laugh and eat salad. I don't blame him for not finishing, the show is already going to ruin all the important plot points.

He made bank, let him rest.

probably just for revenge since pycelle hates qyburn for doing weird science as a maester

do we know for sure that dawn is still in house dayne? or maybe its in the crypts of winterfell?

She was tearing up when she saw the corpse. She was tearing up when she was being crowned.

>but even if that happens he probably has control over Robert Strong.
he clicks in one of the eps and the mountain responds

Qyburn and Cersei
