We take turns here, so 2-3x weekly for the family. I always make extra for work lunches and also to have at least one lazy day during the week. I usually go with quicker meals during the week and save meme food for the weekend/days off.

Yeah, that's the part that sucks. The others here aren't picky, but one has a mushroom allergy and giving those up in so many recipes hurt. They make Eastern European and Asian dishes that much better. Like you said though, there's always workarounds.
