The rest is correct tho

good taste

5 is absolute shit. Dorne took up like 5 episodes.

alright everybody the real list

I just finished season 2. I found it to be shit. It fucked up Theon's arc and the Shae scenes were shit. Does it get better?

no one

Fucc, I left out 4. So it's

1=2=3=4=6>

...

blackwater is the only memorable thing in season 2. It was le witty imp in full overdrive

1 > 3 >> 2 > 4 = 6 >>>>>>>>>> [indiscernible power gap] >>>>>>>>> 5

This is the correct answer

4 > 1 > 3 > 6 > 2 > 5

This is indisputable

[1,2,3] > 4 >>> [6 >>> 5]

that's the worst Star Wars ranking I've ever seen.

1>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>dog shit>>>>>>

i don't even remember the earlier seasons

5 > 2

1-3 are all around the same level of quality.

None of its perfect but GoTs problems used to be that of budgetary restraints more than terrible writing so its flaws were more forgivable.

Season 4 was the last good one, had some stellar moments and a really strong ending but it also had cringy shit like the littlefinger moondoor scene creeping in. Badly written exposition to hold the hands of plebs.

5 and 6 are both universally pretty horrible with only one or two moments between them as highlights.
5 is painful for the extended Dorne subplot, 6 is just lazy fan service. Can't really even tell which I hate more.

Official rankings

this is only acceptable answer anything else is edgy summer fag bullshit

The only true anwser
f '(g)=[s1/-(s2=s3)]*s5

That's the worse reddit joke I've ever seen

Season 6 is objectively the worst season in this ENTIRE show. It's worse than Season 5. Sure, S5 had the character assassination of Stannis Baratheon but in 6 we have Jon and Daenerys Mary Sue status increased ten fold. We have nonsensical takeovers like Sand Snakes over Dorne or a bastard being declared King in the North. You may as well just have Melisandre go fetch Gendry and make him her Stannis 2.0 since legitimacy and bastard status apparently doesn't fucking matter at all.

1>4=3>6>2>5

>since legitimacy and bastard status apparently doesn't fucking matter at all.
some of the greatest figures in European history have been bastards - kings and queens alike

read a book

1>the second half of hardhome from season 5>3>4>3>6>5

>RANK BEST SPECTACLE EPISODES

Hardhome>Siege of King's Landing>The Wall>Battle of the Bastards

1>6>2>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>everything else

this guy here gets it

3>6=2>5=1>4

probably because it's not very Reddit now is it.

1 = 3 > 2 > 4 > 5 > 6

I would rank 6 as good as 4 but the plot inconsitencies and all the teleportation ruins it for me.

How any times does this have to be said? The storylines aren't concurrent.

The only thing I would change is 6=2

3>2>1=4>5=6

1 > 3 > 2 > 4 >>>>> 6 >You are a fucking pleb if 6th is any higher than 5th place. It has 2 good episodes

its a troll, it has to be. No one is THAT stupid

1 > 3 > 4 > 2 >> 6 >>>>>>>> 5

The objectively correct answer

1 is a full tier above 2 (worst of the first 4) and a good deal better than 3 and 4, mostly because it has excelent writing and screenwriting.

1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > > > > > > > > > > > 5 = 6

=23

Imagine if the show maintained S1 quality and consistency till it's end.

imagine if GRRMARTIN would fucking write faster

the only patrician here

6 is only better than 5 because 5 was atrocious, but 6 has by far the worst writing of all seasons and cant be compared to 1234

Underrated kek

...

I can't be the only one who thought Hardhome was a shitty filler-tier episode with 5 redeeming minutes of muh white walkers.

>anyone putting 6 in high rankings

>"im going to ignore all these plot holes, poor pacing, lazy writing, plot armour, overuse of character deaths, because of muh CGI"

I thought it was pretty based at the time, the action was really high quality.

But idk, maybe the extreme contrast with the rest of the season (specially sand snakes action scenes) might have made it look better than it was. Ill watch it again later, but my impression is that it was awesome.

It was pretty much them making up for skipping the Fist of the first men battle in S2.

Also I guess they needed a battle in S5 because they said fuck it to actually having Stannis battling the Bolton's and winning over the north

its just like 2 people tho

Season 5 and 6 are soap opera tier. Only dumb people and women like 5 and 6.

are you me? This guy fucking gets it.

1>3>4>>

>Mfw the earlier seasons and storylines that do not touch the main stuff, like Arya and the Hound will always be there that you can go back and enjoy no matter how this all ends

This is the only correct answer.

Sounds about right.

1 > 4 > 2 > 3 > 6 > 5

Imagine how ahit this show will be now that it loses it's sweet sweet EU funding, so they can't even make that one spectacle episode.
Or maybe it finally will become good as it once was, because it can force Benioff to actually start giving a shit again.

why don't ppl like season 2?

It was pretty boring and it marked the beginning of character assassinations

>character assassinations
such as?

1
2
3 and to the 4
Snoop Doggy Dogg and Dr. Dre is at the door.

1 > 4=6 > 3 > 2 > 5

>You may as well just have Melisandre go fetch Gendry and make him her Stannis 2.0

It really doesn't, which is why Joffrey was so obsessed with killing bastards, at all, and why Melisandre actually did fetch Gendry to sacrifice him for the king's blood.

1=3>2=6>>>>>>>>>>>>

3>1>2>4>

6>5>4>3>2>1

The show just keeps getting better every year!!
t. most normal people with no taste

AGREED SIR

1>2>6>3>4>5

early Sansa was shit
later Sansa is meh (her arc is good enough but Sophie can't act for shit)

early Jon was embarassing
later Jon is okayish

early Cersei was meh
later Cersei is great

early Tyrion was great
later Tyrion is shit/meme tier, Dinkles isn't even trying anymore

early Dany was shit
later Dany is shit

early Arya was good
later Arya is good

At this point very few characters have been consistently good... I'm thinking Tywin, Margaery, Davos.

Stannis' arc was butchered but you can't say Stephen Dillane didn't try to act the shit out of it, I feel so bad for him.

calling it now, the season 6 finale will be the last great episode of the series

Dabid is going to insist on writing most episodes from now on and they already hired the director of No One, so...

This, I wanna know too. For me 2 was when it finally cached on

He put the throne deep in debt cause he was more concerned with drinking and eating and fucking than ruling. Nigga shoulda never been king. I don't hate him, but it's true

3>1>6>2>4>Season 1 was amazing for the rewatch, but the first time you actually see it, it's not all that great because they did a shit jobs of explaining the backstory.
Season 5 is a sin against God.

I think they're better when following the books and still pretty great going their own way, but they were absolutely terrible in season 5 when they tried to use hamburger helper to stretch what little was left of the books into a full season.

1>3>2>4>6>5

I was terrified that season 6 was just going to be them stitching together the plot points they missed like the Kings Moot and the Battle of Meereen

6 vs 2 is the hardest placement.

Blackwater renders the other nine mundane episodes of 2 redundant and is perhaps the peak of the show.

About half of season 6 is great (Eps 4-7, 9 and 10) but elsewhere dialogue, pacing and lack of consistency are worse than ever before and features what is debatably the series' worst episode (No One).

Ultimately going with:

4 > 1 > 3 > 6 > 2 > 5

1>2>testicular torsion>3>4>5>6

The show started out good, and steadily declined in quality. It's had good moments peppered throughout, especially Blackwater, which is actually well-written on top of having some decent action unlike Hardhome, but 1 is the only good season overall.

>Season 5 was the worst
>Still had the qtest princess

How do I reconcile this, /got/?

1>2>3>4>5>6
The last two episodes were just completely unexpected kino though

>The last two episodes were just completely unexpected kino though

The last two episodes were the worst of the season.

Oops 5 should be last

3 > 1 > 4 > 6 > 2 > 5

1, 3 and 4 were great, 2 and 6 were OK with a few major highlights, and 5 was kinda bad.

Daily reminder that Stannis Baratheon
is the rightful king of Westeros.

So we've settled on this?

1 >>> 3 > 2 >>>> 4 >>>>>>>>>>>> 6 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 5

4 > 1 > 6 > 3 > 2 > 5

It's 1>2>4>3>5>6

And there's definitely not enough 6 hate ITT

Season 5 was probably the best season. Was happy to see Stannis die at the hands of Brienne, poetic justice.

Horrible taste thread? Season 1 and 3 were slow as fuck.

4>6>2>1>5>3

Only correct answer.
