I couldn't imagine ignoring this album, let alone any actual fan doing the same. It has some of my favorite AIC songs on it, never would have occurred to me that Layne was any less of who he was on their earlier records.

It took me time to like it, but now it's one of my favorites.
It is their grittiest, sludgiest album. It's full of pain and emotion, and you can hear Layne calling for help as his life unravels. I'd say it's less accessible than Facelift or Dirt, but it's worth it.
